China's Yuxing 3-06 commercial experimental satellite, the first of its kind to be equipped with a flexible robotic arm, has recently completed an in-orbit refueling test and verification of key technologies.

The test paves the way for Yuxing 3-06, dubbed a "space refueling station," to refuel other satellites in orbit, manage space debris, and provide other in-orbit services.

Yuxing 3-06, along with seven other satellites, was launched into space on March 16 Beijing Time by a Kuaizhou-11 Y7 carrier rocket from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwest China.

The satellite, co-developed by China's Hunan University of Science and Technology and Suzhou Sanyuan Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd, also features earth observation capabilities.

El Yuxing 3-06, el primer satélite experimental comercial equipado con un brazo robótico flexible de China, completó recientemente una prueba de repostaje en órbita y verificación de tecnologías clave. 
La prueba allana el camino para que el Yuxing 3-06, conocido como "estación de repostaje espacial", pueda abastecer de combustible a otros satélites en órbita, gestionar desechos espaciales y ofrecer otros servicios en el espacio. 

El Yuxing 3-06, junto con otros siete satélites, fue lanzado al espacio el 16 de marzo, hora de Beijing, a bordo de un cohete portador Kuaizhou-11 Y7 desde el Centro de Lanzamiento de Satélites de Jiuquan, en el noroeste de China. 

El satélite, desarrollado conjuntamente por la Universidad de Ciencia y Tecnología de Hunan y la empresa Suzhou Sanyuan Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd., también es capaz de realizar observación terrestre.
