Loud explosions were heard around 03:00 on Tuesday in Tehran, capital of Iran, as the U.S.-Israeli war with Iran entered its 39th day.
The footage captured by the China Global Television Network (CGTN) showed that thick smoke was billowing into the sky from the scene.
Even as the U.S.-Israeli strikes on Iranian civilian infrastructure continue to escalate, the United States and Iran are reportedly negotiating a potential 45-day ceasefire via regional mediators.
