The strikes occurred between April 11 and 17 in response to Ukrainian attacks on Russian civilian targets, the statement said. According to the ministry, Russian forces took control of the settlement of Volchanskie Khutory in the Kharkiv region over the past week and brought the settlement of Zybino in the same region under control over the past 24 hours.
