Iran has set out five conditions for entering a new round of negotiations with the United States, Iran's semi-official Fars news agency reported on Tuesday.
A source familiar with the matter said that Iran is demanding an end to all fronts of war, especially in Lebanon, the lifting of sanctions, the release of frozen Iranian assets, compensation for war damages, and recognition of Iran's authority over the Strait of Hormuz.
Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi said on social media platform on the same day that true peace cannot be built on coercive policies.
He said that Iran's principles are clear, including a permanent end to the war and guarantees against its recurrence, compensation for damage, the lifting of the blockade and illegal sanctions, and full respect for Iran's rights.
He also said that one cannot speak of a ceasefire while maintaining a blockade, claim to support diplomacy while intensifying sanctions, or advocate for regional stability while providing political and military support to a regime that is the source of aggression and instability.
L'Iran a formulé cinq conditions pour entamer un nouveau cycle de négociations avec les États-Unis, a rapporté mardi l'agence de presse semi-officielle iranienne Fars.
Selon une source proche du dossier, ces conditions incluent la fin des hostilités sur tous les fronts, notamment au Liban ; la levée des sanctions contre l'Iran ; le déblocage des avoirs iraniens gelés ; l'indemnisation de l'Iran pour les dommages de guerre subis ; et la reconnaissance de la souveraineté de l'Iran sur le détroit d'Ormuz.
Le même jour, le vice-ministre iranien des Affaires étrangères Kazem Gharibabadi a déclaré sur les réseaux sociaux qu'une paix véritable ne pouvait être bâtie sur des politiques coercitives.
Il a rappelé que les principes de l’Iran étaient clairs, comprenant notamment un arrêt permanent de la guerre et des garanties contre sa récurrence, la réparation des dommages, la levée du blocus et des sanctions illégales, ainsi que le plein respect des droits de l'Iran.
Il a ajouté que l’on ne pouvait pas parler de cessez-le-feu tout en maintenant un blocus, revendiquer le soutien à la diplomatie tout en intensifiant les sanctions, ni plaider pour la stabilité régionale tout en apportant un soutien politique et militaire à un régime qui est lui-même source d’agression et d’instabilité.

Una fuente indicó que Irán exige el cese de las hostilidades en todos los frentes, especialmente en Líbano, el levantamiento de las sanciones, la liberación de los activos iraníes congelados, una indemnización por los daños de guerra, así como el reconocimiento de la soberanía iraní sobre el estrecho de Ormuz.
El viceministro de Asuntos Exteriores de Irán Kazem Gharibabadi afirmó ese mismo día en las redes sociales que la verdadera paz no puede construirse sobre políticas coercitivas.
Afirmó que lo posición de Irán es clara y firme, e incluye el cese definitivo de las hostilidades, garantías de que no se repita el conflicto, indemnización por los daños causados, el levantamiento del bloqueo y las sanciones ilegales, y el pleno respeto de los derechos de Irán.
También afirmó que es inviable hablar de alto el fuego mientras se mantiene un bloqueo, reclamar apoyo a la diplomacia mientras se refuerzan las sanciones y abogar por la estabilidad regional mientras se brinda apoyo político y militar a los regímenes que son la causa fundamental de la agresión y la inestabilidad.
أعلن نائب وزير الخارجية الإيراني للشؤون القانونية والدولية كاظم غريب آبادي، مساء الثلاثاء/ 12 مايو الجاري، أن طهران أكدت على مبادئ واضحة وأساسية في المفاوضات، من بينها وقف دائم للحرب وعدم تكرارها، والتعويض عن الأضرار، ورفع الحصار، ورفع العقوبات غير القانونية، واحترام حقوقها.
وقال غريب آبادي، في منشور على منصة "اكس"، إنه لا يمكن بناء سلام حقيقي بلغة الإذلال والتهديدات والتنازلات القسرية، حسبما أفادت وكالة الجمهورية الإسلامية للأنباء "إرنا".
وأضاف "عندما يرفض طرف له دور مباشر في الحرب والحصار والعقوبات والتهديدات بالقوة رد إيران لمجرد أنه ليس خطاب استسلام، يتضح أن القضية الأساسية ليست السلام، بل فرض الإرادة السياسية من خلال التهديدات والضغوط".
وتابع نائب وزير الخارجية "أكدت الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية على مبادئ واضحة: وقف دائم للحرب وعدم تكرارها، والتعويض عن الأضرار، ورفع الحصار، ورفع العقوبات غير القانونية، واحترام حقوق إيران".
وأوضح أن هذه ليست مطالب قصوى، بل هي الحد الأدنى لأي ترتيبات جادة ومستدامة ومتسقة وفقًا لميثاق الأمم المتحدة لإنهاء أزمة بدأت باستخدام القوة غير المشروعة.
وذكر نائب وزير الخارجية أنه لا يمكن الحديث عن وقف إطلاق النار والاستمرار في الحصار في الوقت نفسه، لا يمكن الحديث عن الدبلوماسية وتشديد العقوبات، لا يمكن الحديث عن الاستقرار الإقليمي وتقديم الدعم السياسي والعسكري لإسرائيل هو مصدر العدوان وعدم الاستقرار.
وأشار إلى أن هذا النهج ليس تفاوضًا، بل هو استمرار لسياسة الإكراه بمصطلحات دبلوماسية.
وقال رئيس البرلمان الإيراني محمد باقر قاليباف، في وقت سابق يوم الثلاثاء، إن الولايات المتحدة ليس أمامها أي بديل سوى قبول حقوق الشعب الإيراني.
وجاءت تصريحاته في منشور على منصة "إكس" للتواصل الاجتماعي، بعد أن رفض الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب يوم الاثنين الرد الإيراني الذي قُدم يوم الأحد على مقترح سلام أمريكي وحذر من أن وقف إطلاق النار بين البلدين "في غرفة إنعاش حرجة".
وقال قاليباف "لا يوجد بديل سوى قبول حقوق الشعب الإيراني كما وردت في المقترح ذي النقاط الأربع عشرة الذي اقترحته إيران"، محذرا من أن "أي نهج آخر سيكون بلا جدوى تماما، ولن يؤدي إلا إلى سلسلة من الإخفاقات".
وكانت إيران قد أرسلت ردها على أحدث نص اقترحته الولايات المتحدة لإنهاء الحرب إلى الوسيط الباكستاني يوم الأحد.
وفي توضيح لمقترح السلام الإيراني خلال مؤتمر صحفي أسبوعي يوم الاثنين، قال المتحدث باسم وزارة الخارجية الإيرانية إسماعيل بقائي إن البلاد طالبت فقط بالحقوق "المشروعة" لشعبها في هذا المقترح.
وتوصلت إيران والولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل إلى وقف إطلاق نار في 8 أبريل بعد نحو 40 يوما من القتال الذي بدأ بهجمات مشتركة أمريكية إسرائيلية على طهران ومدن إيرانية أخرى في 28 فبراير الماضي.
وبعد الهدنة، عقد وفدان إيراني وأمريكي جولة واحدة من مباحثات السلام في العاصمة الباكستانية إسلام أباد يومي 11 و 12 أبريل الماضي، لكنها لم تسفر عن التوصل لاتفاق.
وخلال الأسابيع المنصرمة، أفادت تقارير بأن الجانبين تبادلا عدة خطط مقترحة تتضمن شروط إنهاء الصراع عبر باكستان.

Источник, знакомый с ситуацией, сообщил, что Иран требует прекращения войны на всех фронтах, особенно в Ливане, отмены санкций, разблокирования замороженных иранских активов, компенсации за военный ущерб и признания ведущего статуса Ирана в вопросе Ормузского пролива.
В тот же день заместитель министра иностранных дел Ирана Казем Гарибабади заявил в социальных сетях, что истинный мир не может быть построен на политике принуждения.
Он сказал, что принципы Ирана ясны, они включают: постоянное прекращение войны и гарантии от ее возобновления, возмещение ущерба, снятие блокады и отмену незаконных санкций, а также полное уважение прав Ирана.
Он также указал, что нельзя говорить о прекращении огня, сохраняя блокаду, заявлять о поддержке дипломатии, усиливая санкции, или выступать за региональную стабильность, оказывая политическую и военную поддержку режиму, который является источником агрессии и нестабильности.
Der Iran hat fünf Bedingungen für die Aufnahme einer neuen Verhandlungsrunde mit den Vereinigten Staaten festgelegt. Dies berichtete die halbstaatliche Nachrichtenagentur Fars am Dienstag.
Eine mit der Angelegenheit vertraute Quelle gab an, der Iran fordere ein Ende aller Kriegsfronten, insbesondere im Libanon, die Aufhebung der Sanktionen, die Freigabe eingefrorener iranischer Vermögenswerte, Entschädigung für Kriegsschäden sowie die Anerkennung der iranischen Hoheitsrechte über die Straße von Hormus.
Der stellvertretende iranische Außenminister Kazem Gharibabadi erklärte am selben Tag auf einer Social-Media-Plattform, wahrer Frieden könne nicht auf Zwangspolitik aufgebaut werden.
Die Prinzipien des Iran seien eindeutig: ein dauerhaftes Kriegsende mit Garantien gegen eine Wiederkehr, Schadensersatz, die Aufhebung der Blockade und illegaler Sanktionen sowie die uneingeschränkte Achtung der iranischen Rechte.
Er fügte hinzu, man könne nicht gleichzeitig eine Blockade aufrechterhalten und von Waffenstillstand sprechen, Sanktionen verschärfen und Diplomatie befürworten, sowie einem aggressions- und instabilitätsstiftenden Regime militärisch und politisch beistehen und für regionale Stabilität eintreten.

イランのカゼム・ガリババディ外務次官は同日、SNSで「平和は強制できるものではない」と投稿した。
また彼は、イラン側の原則として、戦争の恒久的な終結及び侵略の再発防止、賠償支払いの保証、封鎖や制裁の解除、イラン権利に対する完全な尊重などは明確だと指摘した。
さらに、米国は停戦を呼び掛けながら封鎖を続け、外交を語りながら制裁を強化し、地域の安定を話しながら地域に軍備を送り込むことはいずれも矛盾しているとも述べた。
