The data showed that the SAMR has completed 38 listed tasks in key areas such as equal access and fair competition. Since 2025, market regulators across the country have reviewed 73,000 policies and measures that central and regional authorities sought to introduce, and put forward 15,000 suggestions for revisions in accordance with the law. These efforts have effectively guarded against discriminatory treatments in market access, qualification licensing, and project application, and maintained fair competition in the market, according to the SAMR. An amended anti-unfair competition law was introduced in key sectors, with nearly 14,600 relevant cases handled in 2025. In addition, a campaign for improving quality management system certification has provided targeted assistance for more than 79,000 small and micro enterprises. Participating enterprises in the campaign saw a growth of 14.8 percent in annual business revenue on average, said the administration.
