Netanyahu said that during a phone call with Trump on Saturday night, the two "agreed" that Iran's nuclear threat must be removed. "This means dismantling Iran's nuclear enrichment facilities and removing enriched nuclear material from its territory," Netanyahu wrote in a post on the social media platform X. "My policy, like President Trump's policy, remains unchanged: Iran will not have nuclear weapons," he added. Netanyahu said he had spoken with Trump about a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to open the Strait of Hormuz and upcoming negotiations on a final agreement over Iran's nuclear program.
