Separately, spokesman for Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Hossein Mohebbi said on the same day that the U.S. contradictory nature had led it to take destabilizing actions even at the most sensitive moments, including during U.S.-Iran negotiations.
