The typhoon made its first landfall at Yuhuan in Taizhou City, Zhejiang, at around 17:30 on Sunday, and a second landfall at Yueqing in the same province at approximately 18:40, according to the National Meteorological Center. Yueqing recorded cumulative precipitation of 383 mm from 8:00 on Friday to 8:00 on Monday. Since the night of Sunday, a total of nine flooded areas have been reported in the urban area of Yueqing, according to the Wenzhou flood control and drought relief headquarters. As the rain gradually subsides, sanitation workers have begun removing broken branches and debris from the floodwater to prevent blocked drainage grates. Power departments are also inspecting electrical safety hazards along street-side shops to ensure safe electricity use. Local municipal authorities have set up safety barriers to prevent residents from entering the deepest flooded areas. Water conservancy departments have deployed professional drainage vehicles to stand by, ready to initiate pumping operations as soon as water levels in the lake recede. Due to the typhoon's unusual path and its heavy rainfall after sweeping across Wenzhou, local government departments mobilized emergency supplies and dispatched rescue and drainage teams overnight. In Yueqing, over 400 drainage workers were deployed for emergency drainage and repair work on Sunday night. As of 10:00 on Monday, Wenzhou had dispatched more than 5,500 personnel, including workers for power supply, communications and road repairs, to the affected sites for emergency power restoration, road repairs and pipeline maintenance.
