The China Media Group (CMG) launched a film culture carnival in north China's Tianjin Municipality on Friday.
Themed "2026 Year of Film Economy Promotion," the carnival features a series of innovative "film plus" activities to create an immersive film culture feast for all consumers, aiming to further unleash consumption potential, upgrade consumption, and boost socioeconomic development.
During the event, the Tianjin municipal government will offer ticket stub-based discounts and thoughtful services to moviegoers and launch a themed cultural tourist route, forging diverse consumption scenarios integrating culture, commerce and tourism to fuel "film plus" consumption.
On the same day, the carnival also opened its fairs at the Jinwan Plaza and the Binhai Cultural Center. The two markets will last for seven days, comprising diverse sections such as film industry experience, open-air free cinema, themed exhibitions, and creative intangible cultural heritage products to explore a path for the deep integration of film, intangible cultural heritage, and urban life.
The film culture carnival is jointly organized by the CMG and the Tianjin municipal government under the guidance of the China Film Administration.
أطلقت مجموعة الصين للإعلام (سي إم جي) مهرجاناً ثقافياً سينمائياً في بلدية تيانجين يوم الجمعة/14 أغسطس الجاري.
تحت شعار "عام 2026 لتعزيز اقتصاد السينما"، يقدم الحدث سلسلة من الأنشطة المبتكرة "فيلم بلس" لخلق وليمة ثقافية سينمائية غامرة لجميع المستهلكين، بهدف إطلاق العنان لإمكانات الاستهلاك، ورفع مستوى الاستهلاك، وتعزيز التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية.
خلال الحدث، تقدم حكومة بلدية تيانجين خصومات على أساس تذاكر الدخول وخدمات مدروسة لرواد السينما، وستطلق مسارًا سياحيًا ثقافيًا ذا طابع خاص، مما يخلق سيناريوهات استهلاكية متنوعة تدمج الثقافة والتجارة والسياحة لتغذية استهلاك "فيلم بلس".
في اليوم نفسه، افتتح المهرجان معرضيه في ساحة جينوان ومركز بينهاي الثقافي. ويستمر المعرضان لمدة سبعة أيام، ويضمان أقسامًا متنوعة، مثل تجربة صناعة السينما، وعروض سينمائية مجانية في الهواء الطلق، ومعارض مواضيعية، ومنتجات إبداعية للتراث الثقافي غير المادي، وذلك لاستكشاف مسار نحو دمج السينما والتراث الثقافي غير المادي والحياة الحضرية بشكل أعمق.
ويُنظّم المهرجان بشكل مشترك من قبل مجموعة الصين للإعلام وحكومة بلدية تيانجين تحت إشراف إدارة السينما الصينية.

「2026年映画経済促進年」を契機として、このカーニバルでは、一連の革新的な「映画＋」企画を通じて、全ての来場者に没入感のある映画文化体験を提供し、消費の潜在力を引き出して消費の高度化を促し、社会経済の発展につなげることを目指している。
イベント期間中、天津市政府は映画鑑賞客に対し、チケットの半券による割引特典やきめ細かなサービスを提供し、あわせてテーマ別の文化観光ルートを打ち出す。これにより、文化、商業、観光が融合した多様な消費シーンを生み出し、「映画＋」消費の拡大を図る。
同日、カーニバルのマーケットも天津市内の津湾広場と浜海文化センターで開幕した。マーケットは7日間にわたって開催され、映画産業の体験、屋外の無料映画館、テーマ展示、無形文化遺産を生かしたクリエイティブ商品など、多彩なセクションで構成される。映画、無形文化遺産、都市生活のさらなる融合の可能性を探る試みとなっている。
この映画文化カーニバルは、国家電影局の指導の下、CMGと天津市政府が共同で主催する。
