Détroit d’Ormuz : le CGRI menace les navires non coordonnés
Iran's Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) said Wednesday that if any vessel enters the "restricted zone" to be announced by Iran in regional waters without coordination, it will be subject to the country's sanction measures.
"If a vessel enters this zone without coordination (with Iran), it will be subject to our sanction measures; meaning that if it seeks to use the Strait of Hormuz in the future, it will not be able to do so, and we will also refuse to provide it with port, insurance, and other required services," IRGC spokesman Hossein Mohebbi said, according to the semi-official Tasnim news agency.
He said the zone's exact coordinates will be announced in the future, adding that it will generally begin around Iran's southeastern port city of Chabahar and will include parts of the Gulf of Oman and the Arabian Sea as well as the routes that can lead to the Strait of Hormuz.
He described the Strait of Hormuz as the "strait of Iran's power," adding the country will use that power to respond to the "enemy's aggression" and force it to stop it.
Following U.S.-Israeli strikes on Iran on Feb. 28, Tehran restricted passage through the Strait of Hormuz, while U.S. forces imposed a naval blockade targeting vessels traveling to or from Iranian ports and coastal areas.
Also on Wednesday, Iran's Foreign Ministry strongly condemned the U.S. Army's "aggressive" attack the night before against a number of Iranian oil tankers.
Expressing the condemnation in a statement, it said, "The U.S. military attack on Iranian commercial vessels in the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman are considered to be in continuation of the U.S. government's military aggression, naval blockade and economic war against Iran, and in flagrant violation of the United Nations Charter and international law."
It called on the UN and the Security Council to take immediate actions against the "blatant violations" of international peace and security owing to "the U.S. aggressive actions against Iran."
The U.S. Central Command said in a Wednesday post on social media platform X that its forces had "destroyed five Iranian crude oil carriers" on Tuesday night in response to the IRGC's targeting of "a U.S. Navy warship with ballistic missiles twice over the past two days."
The IRGC announced in separate statements early Wednesday that its forces had targeted within the preceding hours four U.S. vessels, including two destroyers, and eight oil tankers in regional waters, as well as a U.S. air base in Jordan in retaliatory strikes.

ونقلت وكالة "تسنيم" شبه الرسمية للأنباء عن المتحدث باسم الحرس الثوري حسين محبي قوله: "إذا دخلت أي سفينة هذه المنطقة دون تنسيق (مع إيران)، فستخضع لإجراءاتنا العقابية. وهذا يعني أنه إذا سعت (السفينة) لاستخدام مضيق هرمز مستقبلاً، فلن تتمكن من ذلك، كما سنرفض تقديم خدمات الموانئ والتأمين وغيرها من الخدمات الضرورية لها."
وأوضح أن الإحداثيات الدقيقة للمنطقة سيتم الإعلان عنها لاحقاً، مشيراً إلى أنها ستبدأ عموماً من محيط مدينة تشابهار الساحلية (جنوب شرقي إيران)، وستشمل أجزاءً من خليج عُمان وبحر العرب، بالإضافة إلى الممرات المؤدية إلى مضيق هرمز.
ووصف المتحدث مضيق هرمز بأنه "مضيق القوة الإيرانية"، مشددا أن البلاد ستستخدم هذه القوة للرد على "عدوان العدو" وإجباره على وقفه.
وعقب الضربات الأمريكية-الإسرائيلية التي استهدفت إيران في 28 فبراير، قيّدت طهران حركة المرور عبر مضيق هرمز، في حين فرضت القوات الأمريكية حصاراً بحرياً يستهدف السفن المتجهة إلى الموانئ والمناطق الساحلية الإيرانية أو القادمة منها.
وفي اليوم نفسه، أدانت وزارة الخارجية الإيرانية بشدة الهجوم "العدواني" الذي شنّه الجيش الأمريكي ليل الثلاثاء على عدد من ناقلات النفط الإيرانية.
وذكرت الوزارة في بيان لها: "يُعد الهجوم العسكري الأمريكي على السفن التجارية الإيرانية في الخليج الفارسي وخليج عُمان استمراراً للعدوان العسكري والحصار البحري والحرب الاقتصادية التي تشنّها الحكومة الأمريكية ضد إيران، وانتهاكاً صارخاً لميثاق الأمم المتحدة والقانون الدولي."
ودعت الأمم المتحدة ومجلس الأمن إلى اتخاذ إجراءات فورية ضد "الانتهاكات الصارخة" للسلم والأمن الدوليين الناجمة عن "التحركات الأمريكية العدوانية ضد إيران".
من جهتها ذكرت القيادة المركزية الأمريكية في منشور لها يوم الأربعاء على منصة التواصل الاجتماعي "إكس" أن قواتها "دمّرت خمس ناقلات نفط خام إيرانية" ليل الثلاثاء، وذلك رداً على استهداف الحرس الثوري الإيراني "سفينة حربية تابعة للبحرية الأمريكية بصواريخ باليستية مرتين خلال اليومين الماضيين".
وكان الحرس الثوري قد أعلن في بيانات منفصلة في وقت مبكر من يوم الأربعاء أن قواته استهدفت خلال الساعات السابقة أربع سفن أمريكية من بينها مدمّرتان، وثماني ناقلات نفط في المياه الإقليمية، بالإضافة إلى قاعدة جوية أمريكية في الأردن، وذلك في إطار ضربات انتقامية.

„Wenn ein Schiff in diese Zone ohne Koordinierung (mit dem Iran) einfährt, wird es mit unseren Sanktionsmaßnahmen belegt. Das bedeutet: Sollte es künftig die Straße von Hormus nutzen wollen, wird ihm dies verwehrt, und wir werden ihm außerdem Hafen-, Versicherungs- und andere erforderliche Dienstleistungen verweigern“, sagte IRGC-Sprecher Hossein Mohebbi laut der halbstaatlichen Nachrichtenagentur Tasnim.
Er erklärte weiter, die genauen Koordinaten der Zone würden zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt bekanntgegeben. Sie beginne in der Regel in der Umgebung der südöstlich gelegenen iranischen Hafenstadt Tschahbahar und umfasse Teile des Golfes von Oman und des Arabischen Meeres sowie die Zufahrtswege zur Straße von Hormus.
Ebenfalls am Mittwoch verurteilte das iranische Außenministerium auf das Schärfste den „aggressiven" Angriff der US-Armee in der vorangegangenen Nacht auf mehrere iranische Öltanker.
In einer Stellungnahme hieß es, der „US-Militärangriff auf iranische Handelsschiffe im Persischen Golf und im Golf von Oman ist eine Fortsetzung der militärischen Aggression, der Seeblockade und des Wirtschaftskrieges der US-Regierung gegen den Iran und stellt eine eklatante Verletzung der Charta der Vereinten Nationen und des Völkerrechts dar."
Das Ministerium rief die Vereinten Nationen und den UN-Sicherheitsrat auf, angesichts der „aggressiven Handlungen der USA gegen den Iran" unverzüglich Maßnahmen gegen diese „gravierenden Verletzungen" des internationalen Friedens und der Sicherheit zu ergreifen.
Das US-Zentralkommando erklärte am Mittwoch in einem Beitrag auf der Social-Media-Plattform X, dass seine Streitkräfte am Dienstagabend fünf iranische Rohöltanker zerstört hätten. Dies sei eine Reaktion auf Angriffe der IRGC gewesen, die „in den vergangenen zwei Tagen zweimal ein Kriegsschiff der US-Marine mit ballistischen Raketen angegriffen" hätten.
Die IRGC kündigte in separaten Erklärungen am frühen Mittwoch an, ihre Kräfte hätten in den zurückliegenden Stunden vier US-Schiffe – darunter zwei Zerstörer – sowie acht Öltanker in regionalen Gewässern und einen US-Luftwaffenstützpunkt in Jordanien mit Vergeltungsschlägen angegriffen.

モヘッビ報道官はホルムズ海峡を「イランの力の海峡」と位置づけ、「敵の侵略」に対抗するための手段として活用すると強調。
2月28日の米・イスラエルによるイランへの攻撃を受け、イランはホルムズ海峡の通行を制限、これに対し米軍はイランの港や沿岸地域に出入りする船舶を標的とする海上封鎖を実施。
イラン外務省は9日、米軍が8日夜に複数のイランの石油タンカーを攻撃したことを強く非難した。
その上で、ペルシャ湾およびオマーン湾におけるイランの商船に対する米軍の攻撃は、イランに対する軍事侵略、海上封鎖、経済戦争であり、国連憲章および国際法に対する露骨な違反だとした。
さらに、国連と安全保障理事会に対し、「米国のイランに対する侵略的行動」によって国際の平和と安全が公然と侵害されているとして、直ちに対応するよう求めた。
一方、米中央軍は9日、イラン革命防衛隊が「ここ2日間で2回、弾道ミサイルで米海軍の軍艦を狙った」ことへの対応として、8日夜に「イランの原油タンカー5隻を破壊した」と述べた。
これに対してイラン革命防衛隊は9日早朝、同海域で駆逐艦2隻を含む米軍艦船4隻と石油タンカー8隻、およびヨルダンにある米空軍基地を攻撃したと発表した。
ホルムズ海峡めぐるイランと米国の攻撃応酬が激化している。
Le Corps des gardiens de la révolution islamique (CGRI) a déclaré mercredi que tout navire pénétrant sans coordination dans la "zone restreinte" — que l’Iran doit annoncer prochainement dans les eaux de la région — s’exposerait à des sanctions.
"Si un navire pénètre dans cette zone sans coordination, il fera l’objet de nos mesures de sanction. S’il cherche ensuite à emprunter le détroit d’Ormuz, il ne pourra pas le faire, et nous refuserons également de lui fournir les services portuaires, d’assurance et autres services requis", a déclaré le porte-parole du CGRI, Hossein Mohebbi, cité par l’agence semi-officielle Tasnim.
Il a précisé que les coordonnées exactes de la zone seraient annoncées ultérieurement. La zone restreinte s’étend à partir de Chabahar, port du sud-est iranien, et englobe des parties du golfe d’Oman, de la mer d’Arabie et des voies d’accès au détroit.
Il a qualifié le détroit d’Ormuz de "détroit de la puissance iranienne", ajoutant que l’Iran userait de cette puissance pour répondre à "l’agression de l’ennemi" et le contraindre à y mettre un terme.
Mercredi, le ministère iranien des Affaires étrangères a condamné l’attaque menée la veille par l’armée américaine contre plusieurs pétroliers iraniens.
"L’attaque militaire américaine contre des navires commerciaux iraniens dans le golfe Persique et le golfe d’Oman s’inscrit dans la continuité de l’agression militaire, du blocus naval et de la guerre économique menés par le gouvernement américain. Elle constitue une violation flagrante de la Charte des Nations unies et du droit international", a-t-il affirmé.
Il a appelé l’ONU et le Conseil de sécurité à prendre des mesures immédiates face aux "violations flagrantes" de la paix et de la sécurité internationales résultant des "actions agressives des États-Unis contre l’Iran".
Le Commandement central des États-Unis (CENTCOM) a indiqué mercredi sur X avoir "détruit cinq navires iraniens transportant du pétrole brut" dans la nuit de mardi à mercredi, justifiant ces attaques par les tirs de missiles balistiques du CGRI contre "un bâtiment de l’US Navy à deux reprises ces deux derniers jours".
Le CGRI a annoncé tôt mercredi avoir pris pour cible quatre navires américains — dont deux destroyers — et huit pétroliers dans les eaux de la région, ainsi qu’une base aérienne américaine en Jordanie.
