In an official statement, Russia's Defense Ministry said that over the past day, Russian troops struck 146 locations in Ukraine, targeting transport infrastructure, ammunition and military supply depots, drone production and storage facilities, and temporary deployment points for Ukrainian troops and foreign mercenaries. The ministry also said that Ukrainian forces had launched large-scale attacks using drones and missiles against Russian territory between Saturday and Sunday in an attempt to disrupt the State Duma elections; in response, Russian forces would continue and intensify the use of precision-guided weapons to strike military targets in Kiev.
