There's no doubt that the improvement in the relationship between China and the Philippines is a remarkable achievement this year, which marks that the South China Sea issue has been brought back to the right track of settlement through dialogue and negotiation. Thirdly, we have maintained a stable relationship with major countries through active planning and diplomacy. Fourthly, we have promoted the establishment of distinctive and complementary partnerships with different countries, especially with the developing countries. Our global partnership network has been basically established and increasingly improved. Fifthly, we have made a new breakthrough in implementing the 'One Belt, One Road' strategy by actively dovetailing it with the programs of the 'Belt and Road' countries."
