Some people from Chinese community in France went to local police bureau to present a petition and clashed with the police. Learning that, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs paid high attention and immediately instructed the Chinese embassy in France to activate the emergency response mechanism. The ministry lodged representations with France in the first time, urging France to find out the truth in a quick manner and take practical and effective measures to safeguard the security and legitimate rights and interests of Chinese citizens in France and deal with the reaction of Chinese community to the incident in a rational way. The Chinese embassy in France has sent staff members to visit and console the family of the dead man, and got ready to provide related assistance. The competent department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs had an emergency meeting with the head of the French embassy in China today and lodged representations, and will work together with the Chinese embassy in France to continue to keep close watch and follow up the progress of the incident to maintain the security and legitimate rights and interests of Chinese citizens and institutions in France. China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has urged the French authorities to quickly find out the truth about a Chinese national being shot dead at his Paris home by a policeman on Sunday night, its spokeswoman said on Tuesday.

"On the evening of March 26 local time in France, a Chinese national was shot dead at his home in Paris by a French plain-clothes policeman. Some French media reports described the killing as a "legitimate defense" against "an assailant with scissors." However, local Chinese media reports, quoting a daughter of the man, said the 160-cm-tall man, a father of five children, did not attack the policeman at all.
The French police and inspectors have started investigating the incident.

Le département compétent du ministère chinois des Affaires étrangères a eu aujourd’hui une réunion d'urgence avec le responsable de l'ambassade de France en Chine et a déposé des représentations. Il travaillera en collaboration avec l'ambassade de Chine en France pour continuer à surveiller de près et à suivre les évolutions de l'incident pour préserver la sécurité et les droits et intérêts légitimes des ressortissants et des institutions chinois en France. La porte-parole du ministère chinois des Affaires étrangères Hua Chunying a fait ces remarques mardi lors d'un point de presse régulier tenu à Beijing.

"Le 26 mars au soir, heure locale en France, un ressortissant chinois a été abattu à son domicile à Paris par un policier français en tenue civile. Cet incident a été décrit par la presse française comme une défense légitime contre un agresseur à l'arme blanche. Cependant, selon la presse de la communauté chinoise locale, citant les témoignages de sa fille, l'homme abattu, père de cinq enfants, n'a pas agressé la police.

Un moins un homme d'origine chinoise a été blessé lundi soir lors d'une manifestation rassemblant une centaine de membres de la communauté chinoise devant un commissariat de police du 19e arrondissement de Paris, selon des reportages.

وقد أرسلت السفارة الصينية لدى فرنسا الموظفين لزيارة ومواساة أسرة المقتل، وقدمت المساعدة ذات الصلة ايجابيا، قامت الإدارة المختصة بوزارة الخارجية بلقاء طارئ مع مسؤول السفارة الفرنسية لدى الصين اليوم، وتواصل العمل مع السفارة الصينية لدى فرنسا على مراقبة ومتابعة تطورات الحادث عن كثب، للحفاظ على الأمن والحقوق والمصالح المشروعة للمواطنين الصينيين والمؤسسات الصينية في فرنسا. وفي الوقت نفسه، نأمل أيضا في أن يتمكن المواطنون الصينيون في فرنسا من التعبير عن عرائضهم بطريقة عقلانية ومشروعة."

حثت وزارة الخارجية الصينية يوم الثلاثاء/28 مارس الجاري السلطات الفرنسية على التعرف بسرعة على حقيقة مقتل مواطن صينى فى منزله فى باريس على يد شرطي ليلة الاحد.

وقد بدأت الشرطة القضائية ومفتش الشرطة الفرنسيون بالتحقيق فى الحادث.

Кроме того, сотрудники Посольства КНР во Франции навестили родственников погибшего и выразили им соболезнования, а также активно оказывают требуемую помощь. МИД КНР потребовало от властей Франции немедленного расследования дела о гибели китайского гражданина, застреленного в своем доме в Париже французским полицейским. Заявление озвучила официальный представитель внешнеполитического ведомства Китая Хуа Чуньин 28 марта на пресс-конференции в Пекине.

По ее сообщению, вечером 26 марта китайский гражданин был застрелен в своем доме в Париже французским полицейским в штатском. Впоследствии в городе произошли столкновения между сотрудниками полиции и представителями китайской общины, собравшимися у полицейского участка с требованием прояснить обстоятельства инцидента.

"Сразу после получения информации о случившемся МИД КНР уделяло повышенное внимание данному инциденту. Посольству КНР во Франции было поручено запустить механизм экстренного реагирования, одновременно сделали французской стороне представление и потребовали от французской стороны по возможности скорее прояснить истинный ход инцидента, принять эффективные меры для обеспечения безопасности и законных прав находящихся во Франции китайских граждан, благоразумно относиться к их реакции на случившееся", – отметила дипломат из Китая.

"Кроме того, сотрудники Посольства КНР во Франции навестили родственников погибшего и выразили им соболезнования, а также активно оказывают требуемую помощь. Как стало известно, в настоящее время компетентные ведомства Франции уже приступили к расследованию данной трагедии.

Algunos medios de comunicación franceses describieron el asesinato como "legítima defensa" contra "un asaltante con tijeras". Sin embargo, reportes de la prensa china local, citando a una hija del ciudadano chino, dijeron que el hombre, de 160 centímetros de altura y padre de cinco hijos, no atacó al policía.

La policía y los inspectores franceses están investigando el caso.
