A Chinese delegation headed by Liu Qibao, head of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, paid a visit to Morocco from Thursday to Saturday.

During the visit, Liu met with Morocco's Prime Minister Saadeddine El Othmani and President of House of Councilors Hakim Benchamach.

Liu said Chinese President Xi Jinping and King Mohammed VI of Morocco signed a joint statement on establishing a strategic partnership between the two countries during the king’s visit to China in May 2016. China is willing to work with Morocco to implement the important consensus reached by the two leaders, deepen practical cooperation in various fields and promote continuous development of China-Morocco strategic partnership, he said.

Liu said the CPC is willing to keep friendly exchanges with major political parties of Morocco and strengthen exchanges and experience sharing regarding party and country governance.

Liu said he hopes the two countries can further their cultural and people-to-people exchanges, expand cooperation in culture, radio and television broadcasting, journalism, education, tourism among other areas and enhance mutual understanding and friendship between the people of both countries.

The Moroccan side said the country is willing to deepen bilateral cooperation in politics, economy and trade and culture to boost the significance of the strategic partnership between the two countries.

During the visit, Liu attended the launching ceremony of Chinese TV series to be aired by Morocco's leading TV channel 2M and the opening ceremony of a picture exhibition themed "Beautiful China, Beautiful Morocco".

Une délégation chinoise dirigée par Liu Qibao, chef du Département de la communication du Comité central du Parti communiste chinois (PCC), a effectué une visite de jeudi à samedi.

Au cours de la visite, Liu a rencontré le Premier ministre marocain Saadeddine Othmani et le président de la Chambre des conseillers, Hakim Benchamach.

M. Liu a affirmé que la Chine était disposée à travailler avec le Maroc pour mettre en œuvre le consensus important atteint par le président chinois Xi Jinping et le roi Mohammed VI du Maroc, qui avaient signé une déclaration conjointe sur l'établissement d'un partenariat stratégique sino-marocain lors de la visite du roi en Chine en mai 2016. Le responsable a également exprimé sa volonté d'approfondir la coopération pragmatique dans divers domaines et de promouvoir le développement soutenu du partenariat stratégique entre les deux pays.

Le Parti communiste chinois (PCC) est prêt à maintenir des échanges amicaux avec les principaux partis politiques du Maroc et à renforcer aussi les échanges et le partage d’expériences concernant la gouvernance de partis et de pays, a ajouté M. Liu.

Liu a d’ailleurs appelé les deux parties à promouvoir davantage leurs échanges culturels et de peuple à peuple, à améliorer la compréhension mutuelle et l'amitié entre les peuples chinois et marocain et à élargir la coopération dans divers domaines, tels que la culture, la radiodiffusion et la télédiffusion, le journalisme, l'éducation et le tourisme.

La partie marocaine a pour sa part assuré que le pays était disposé à approfondir la coopération bilatérale en matière de politique, d'économie, de commerce et de culture afin de renforcer le partenariat stratégique Maroc-Chine.

Lors de la visite, M. Liu a assisté au lancement de la diffusion par la chaîne de télévision marocaine 2M d'une série chinoise sous-titrée en langue arabe et à la cérémonie d’inauguration de l’exposition de photographies ayant pour thème "Belle Chine et Beau Maroc".

زار وفد للحزب الشيوعي الصيني برئاسة ليو تشي تاو، عضو المكتب السياسي للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي الصيني، ورئيس دائرة الدعاية للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي الصيني المملكة المغربية خلال الفترة من 20 إلى 22 ابريل الحالي بدعوة من الحكومة المغربية، والتقى ليو مع رئيس الحكومة المغربية سعد الدين العثماني ورئيس مجلس المستشارين المغربي عبد الحكيم بنشماش على التوالي.

وقدم ليو المفهوم والفكرة والاستراتيجية الجديدة للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي الصيني لحكم البلاد، والانجازات الجديدة التي تحققت في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في الصين.

وقال ليو انه في العام الماضي، قرر الرئيس الصيني شي جين بينغ والعاهل المغربي الملك محمد السادس اقامة شراكة استراتيجية بين الصين والمغرب، لتقف العلاقات الثنائية على نقطة انطلاق تاريخية جديدة. والصين على استعداد العمل مع المغرب جاهدة على وضع التوافق الهام الذى توصل إليه زغيما الدولتين موضع التنفيذ، وتعميق التعاون العملي في مختلف المجالات من أجل تعزيز التنمية المستمرة للشراكة الاستراتيجية الصينية المغربية. ويرغب الحزب الشيوعي الصيني في الحفاظ على التبادلات الودية مع الأحزاب المغربية الرئيسية وتعزيز تبادل الافكار في لدلرة الحزب وحكم الدولة.

وأعرب ليو عن أمله في تعميق التبادلات الشعبية، وتوسيع التعاون في مجالات الثقافة والاذاعة والتلفزيون والاعلام، والتعليم والسياحة بين البلدين من أجل تعزيز التفاهم والصداقة المتبادلين بين الشعبين.

واعرب الجانب المغربي عن اعتقاده بان زيارة الملك محمد السادس إلى الصين في العام الماضي فتحت مرحلة جديدة من العلاقات الثنائية. وأشادت المغرب بإنجازات الحزب الشيوعي الصيني في قيادة الشعب الصيني، وانها على استعدادها لتعميق التعاون الثنائي في المجالات السياسية والاقتصادية والتجارية والشعبية لإثراء مضمون الشراكة الاستراتيجية الصينية المغربية باستمرار.

وخلال زيارته، حضر ليو ايضا مراسم التوقيع على اتفاقية عرض الدراما التلفزيونية الصينية في المغرب، وحفل افتتاح معرض الصور بعنوان "الصين الجميلة والمغرب الجميلة".
