Gadgets in the sci-fi movie scenes, like flexible electronic display and transparent electronic display, now have become a reality at the ongoing Display Week 2017 Exhibition in Los Angeles.
Exhibitors from across the world are showing off their latest cutting-edge products.
A flexible electronic display is the most eye-catching product at the exhibition and is said to be applicable in the wearable devices.
"This technology will be used in the wearable devices, including wristbands and bracelets. This is the phone screen after being folded-up, but once it's expanded, it will serve as a screen of a tablet device. These products are expected to hit the market in the next two years and will enable ordinary consumers to get access to them," said Zhang Yu, senior vice-president of the BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd.
The transparent display technology also highlights the show.
