Only 1992 Consensus can ensure the peaceful development of the cross-Strait relations, said a spokesman of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council on Wednesday in Beijing.

An Fengshan, the spokesman, made the statement at a press conference when asked whether the inauguration of Lai Ching-te will influence the cross-Straits relations.

An reiterated that it is of great significance for the Taiwan authority to bear in mind the nature of the cross-Strait relations.

"What matters to us is their policy toward the mainland regardless of the personnel change of the Taiwan authorities. In terms of the cross-Strait relations, the most important question the authorities of the Democratic Progressive Party needs to answer is the nature of the cross-Strait relations. Only the acknowledgment of the 1992 Consensus and the fact that both sides belong to one China can bring the cross-Strait relations to the right track of peaceful development. Lai Ching-te was chosen as the so called "premier" in Taiwan last Tuesday.

Le Consensus de 1992 peut assurer le développement pacifique des relations à travers les deux rives du détroit, a déclaré mercredi à Beijing An Fengshan, porte-parole du Bureau des affaires de Taiwan du Conseil des affaires d'État.

M. An a fait ces remarques lors d’une conférence de presse en réponse à une question sur l'impact de l'entrée en fonction de Lai Ching-te, nouveau chef de l'autorité exécutive de Taiwan, sur les relations à travers le détroit.

M. An a invité les autorités taiwanaises à bien comprendre la nature des relations inter-détroit.

"Ce qui nous intéresse, c'est leur politique envers la partie continentale de Chine, quels que soient les responsables de Taiwan. En ce qui concerne les relations à travers le détroit, la question la plus importante à laquelle les autorités du Parti démocrate progressiste (PDP) doivent répondre, c'est la nature des relations inter-détroit. أكد آن فنغ شان المتحدث باسم مكتب شؤون تايوان التابع لمجلس الدولة الصيني يوم الاربعاء/12 سبتمبر الجاري انه لا يمكن تحقيق التنمية السلمية للعلاقات عبر المضيق الا على أساس الاعتراف بـ"توافق 1992" وسياسة "صين واحدة".

صرح آن بذلك في مؤتمر صحفي ردا على ما اذا كان تنصيب لاي تشينغ - تى سيؤثر على العلاقات عبر المضيق.

أشار آن الى أنه من المهم ان تضع سلطة تايوان فى عين الاعتبار طبيعة العلاقات عبر المضيق.

وقال، "لا يهمنا تغيير التعيينات في سلطات تايوان. ما نتابع ونهتم به هو سياساتها تجاه البر الرئيسي. وفيما يتعلق بالعلاقات عبر المضيق، فإن ما ينبغي على سلطات الحزب التقدمي الديمقراطي الرد عليه أكثر هو طبيعة العلاقات عبر المضيق. ولا يمكن أن تعود العلاقات عبر المضيق إلى المسار الصحيح للتنمية السلمية الا من خلال الاعتراف بـ ’توافق عام 1992‘ و’سياسة صين واحدة. ويتعين علينا اتباع سياسة صين واحدة ومذكرة تفاهم الابيك ذات الصلة لمعالجة مشاركة تايوان في فعاليات الابيك."

Только при соблюдении Консенсуса 1992 года межбереговые отношения смогут возвращаться в русло мирного развития. Об этом заявил официальный представитель Канцелярии Госсовета КНР по делам Тайваня Ань Фэншань в среду на пресс-конференции в Пекине.

5 сентября лидер Тайваня Цай Инвэнь объявила новым главой административной системы управления острова Лай Циндэ, бывшего мэра города Тайнань, который сменил на этому посту Линь Цюаня.

"Мы не заинтересованы в кадровых изменениях тайваньских властей, уделяя повышенное внимание тому, какую политику они проводят в отношении материковой части Китая. Что касается отношений между двумя берегами Тайваньского пролива, то администрации Миньцзиньдан прежде всего нужно отвечать на вопрос о характере межбереговых связей. Только в условиях признания Консенсуса 1992 года и принадлежности обоих берегов Тайваньского пролива одному Китаю двусторонние отношения смогут возвращаться в правильное русло мирного развития", – заверил представитель ведомства.

Очередной саммит АТЭС пройдет в ноябре 2017 года во вьетнамском Дананге. На предстоящем саммите тайваньскую делегацию может возглавить Линь Цюань.

"Мы должны урегулировать вопрос об участии Тайваня в мероприятиях АТЭС на основе принципа одного Китая и соответствующего меморандума о взаимопонимании АТЭС", – констатировал Ань Фэншань.

An hizo la declaración en una rueda de prensa cuando se le preguntó cuál es su expectativa tras la toma de posesión de cargo de Lai Ching-te, quien es el nuevo responsable de la administración ejecutiva en Taiwán.

Reiteró que es de gran importancia para las autoridades taiwanesas tener en cuenta la naturaleza de las relaciones a través del Estrecho.
