The Chief Executive of China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor called for the Hong Kong people to unite behind the 'One Country, Two Systems' principle and safeguard the country's sovereignty in her maiden policy address on Wednesday.

Lam said in her address that Hong Kong has maintained its characteristics and advantages since its return to the motherland 20 years ago, which goes to to show the "One Country, Two Systems" principle works well in Hong Kong.

"Each of us who loves Hong Kong has the responsibility of ensuring the implementation of 'One Country, Two Systems' is on the right track in Hong Kong, the responsibility of saying 'no' to activities offending the nation's sovereignty, security, and developmental interests," said Lam.

Lam added that the country's Belt and Road Initiative and the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area will further bring great opportunities to strengthen Hong Kong's economic development.

La chef de l'exécutif de la région administrative spéciale de Hong Kong, Carrie Lam, a appelé les habitants de Hong Kong à s'unir en adhérant au principe d'"un pays, deux systèmes", dans son discours inaugural prononcé mercredi.

Elle a indiqué que Hong Kong avait gardé ses caractéristiques et avantages depuis son retour à la patrie il y a 20 ans, ce qui prouve que la politique "un pays, deux systèmes" fonctionne bien dans la région.

"Chacun d'entre nous qui aime Hong Kong a la responsabilité d'assurer l'application d''un pays, deux systèmes' dans la bonne direction à Hong Kong. Nous avons la responsabilité de dire ‘non’ à toute activité qui porte atteinte à la souveraineté nationale, à la sécurité et aux intérêts de développement du pays", a-t-elle martelé.

Elle a ajouté que l'initiative chinoise "la Ceinture et la Route" ainsi que le projet de développement de la Grande Baie de Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao vont apporter d’importantes opportunités au développement économique de Hong Kong.

وقالت لام في خطابها ان هونغ كونغ حافظت على خصائصها وميزاتها منذ عودتها الى الوطن الأم قبل 20 عاما، الأمر الذي يدل على ان مبدأ "دولة واحدة ونظامان" يعمل بشكل جيد في هونغ كونغ.

وأضافت لام ان مبادة الحزام والطريق وتطوير منطقة الخليج الكبرى بين قوانغدونغ وهونغ كونغ وماكاو سيجلبان فرصا كبيرة لتعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية في هونغ كونغ.

Глава администрации Особого административного района Сянган (ОАРС) Линь-Чжэн Юеэ 11 октября в своем выступлении с программным докладом в Законодательном совете призвала всех сянганцев сплотиться вокруг политического курса "Одно государство, два строя" и защитить суверенитет страны.

Отмечается, что это ее первый подобный доклад на посту главы администрации ОАРС.

Линь-Чжэн Юеэ отметила, что Сянган сохранил свои особенности и преимущества за минувшие 20 лет с момента возвращения в лоно Родины. Это доказывает, что курс "Одно государство, два строя" вполне может быть реализован в Сянгане и в силах завоевать доверие и поддержку со стороны жителей мегаполиса.

Она заверила, что инициатива "Один пояс и один путь" и строительство региона "Большого залива" Гуандун-Сянган-Аомэнь принесут огромные возможности для экономического развития района.

La jefa ejecutiva de la Región Administrativa Especial de Hong Kong (RAEHK), Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor, hizo un llamado el miércoles pasado a los hongkoneses, para que asuman el principio de "un país, dos sistemas" y salvaguarden la soberanía del país, al presentar su primer informe administrativo ante el Consejo Legislativo local.

En su discurso, Lam afirmó que Hong Kong ha mantenido sus características y ventajas desde su regreso a la Patria hace 20 años, lo que demuestra que la orientación de "un país, dos sistemas" funciona bien en Hong Kong.

"Todos los que amamos a Hong Kong asumimos como nuestra la responsabilidad de garantizar que el principio de 'un país, dos sistemas' avance de manera integral en dirección correcta, a la vez que decimos 'no' a cualquier acción que ofenda los intereses de la soberanía, la seguridad y el desarrollo de la Nación", dijo Lam.

Añadió que la iniciativa de la Franja y la Ruta y el plan de desarrollo del Área de la Gran Bahía de Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao generarán más oportunidades de desarrollo económico para Hong Kong.
