The Communist Party of China (CPC) has been very successful in strict self-governance or enforcing Party discipline in an all-round way over the past five years and will keep the momentum in the future, a Party official said on Thursday at a press briefing on the sidelines of the on-going 19th CPC National Congress.

The official, Yang Xiaodu, deputy secretary of the Party Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI), said that since the 18th CPC National Congress, the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core has lifted Party building in conduct and honesty and the anti-corruption campaign up to a new level, effectuating a historic change in the outlook of the Party.

"The 18th CPC Central Committee started out with the erroneous trend the people hated the most to correct by implementing the provisions of the eight-point decision. The members of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee have set an example at the top for lower ranking officials. The whole Party has made solid efforts, just like treading on stones with imprints left and clasping an iron with the marks imprinted, thus holding in check the erroneous tendencies that many people believed it impossible to stop," said Yang.

Forty-seven inspection teams have been dispatched to central-level Party and government organizations, supervising 139 Party organizations of central-level units, realizing full coverage, according to Yang. "We have strengthened the reform of the national supervisory system and improved the Party and government self-supervision system. We have completed the task of piloting the reform of such systems in Beijing, Shanxi and Zhejiang," said Yang.

The Party disciplinary authorities have investigated 440 officials at and above the provincial or corps level over the past five years. They include 43 members and alternate members of the CPC Central Committee and nine members of the CCDI.

He pledged that the CPC will resolutely intensify enforcing Party discipline in the future.

"With regard to corruption, there is no no-go zone, no ground to be left unturned and no tolerance at all. The twice-in-a-decade CPC national congress will elect a new leadership and map out a blueprint for national development in the next five years and beyond.

La Commission centrale de contrôle de la discipline (CCCD) s’efforcera de remporter une victoire écrasante dans la lutte contre la corruption.

Yang Xiaodong, secrétaire adjoint de la Commission, a fait cette remarque jeudi lors d’une conférence de presse à Beijing, en marge du 19e Congrès national du Parti communiste chinois (PCC).

"Le 18e Comité central du PCC a commencé par le traitement des pratiques malsaines faisant l’objet des principales plaintes du grand public. En mettant en œuvre les huit recommandations sur l’amélioration du style de travail, le Bureau politique du Comité central a joué un rôle exemplaire et directeur, et a réussi à enrayer les tendances malsaines, ce qui avait été jugé impossible par certains", a présenté M. Yang.

La CCCD s’engage à approfondir la réforme du système du contrôle de la discipline, en faisant avancer la concrétisation et l’institutionnalisation du système de double direction, selon lequel les commissions de contrôle de la discipline de différents échelons sont soumis à la double direction d’un comité du Parti du même niveau et d’une commission de contrôle de la discipline d’un niveau supérieur, selon M. Yang.

قال مسؤول بالحزب الشيوعي الصيني يوم الخميس/ 19 اكتوبر في مؤتمر صحفي على هامش المؤتمر الوطني الـ19 للحزب الشيوعي الصيني ان الحزب حقق نجاحا كبيرا في ادارة الحزب بصرامة على نحو شامل خلال السنوات الخمس الماضية وسيبقى الزخم في المستقبل.

وذكر المسؤول يانغ شياو دو، نائب أمين لجنة فحص الانضباط التابعة للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي الصيني انه منذ المؤتمر الوطني الـ18 للحزب الشيوعي الصيني، رفعت اللجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي الصيني ونواتها رفيق شي جين بينغ بناء أسلوب عمل الحزب وحملة مكافحة الفساد الى مستوى جديد، مما دفع التغيير التاريخي في بناء الحزب.

وقال يانغ: "بدأت اللجنة المركزية للمؤتمر الوطني الـ18 للحزب الشيوعي الصيني إدارة الحزب بصرامة من حل مشاكل النزاعات غير السليمة التي تهم الجماهير أكثر، وتحسين أسلوب عمل الحزب، وتنفيذ ’الضوابط الثمانية للجنة المركزية للحزب‘. وأعطى المكتب السياسي للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي الصيني من نفسه مثلا ووضع أمثلة جيدة، وقام الحزب بأكمله بصرامة وثبات بكبح مشاكل النزاعات غير السليمة التي يعتقد الكثير أنه لا يمكن كبحها."

وأجرت سلطات فحص الانضباط تحقيقا مع 440 مسؤولا على مستوى المقاطعات والفيالق العسكرية على مدار السنوات الخمس الماضية بسبب الفساد، حيث من بينهم 43 من الأعضاء والأعضاء الاحتياطيين للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي الصيني، بالإضافة إلى 9 من أعضاء اللجنة المركزية لفحص الانضباط .

وأكد أن الحزب الشيوعي الصيني سيعزز ادارة الحزب بصرامة بحزم في المستقبل.

ЦК КПК 18-го созыва во главе с товарищем Си Цзиньпином поднял партийное строительство в духе неподкупности и борьбу с коррупцией на новую высоту, заявил заместитель секретаря Центральной комиссии КПК по проверке дисциплины Ян Сяоду 19 октября на пресс-конференции в рамках проходящего в Пекине 19-го партийного съезда.

Ян Сяоду обобщил достижения коммунистической партии Китая в сфере внутрипартийного управления.

"ЦК КПК 18-го созыва взялся за искоренение порочного стиля, на который наиболее остро реагируют народные массы, начав с улучшения партийного стиля и претворения в жизнь восьми положений. Las autoridades disciplinarias chinas han investigado a 440 funcionarios a nivel provincial o del cuerpo del Ejército o superior durante los últimos cinco años, dentro de la campaña del Partido Comunista de China (PCCh) contra la corrupción, informó hoy jueves Yang Xiaodu, subsecretario de la Comisión Central de Control Disciplinario (CCCD).

Yang hizo estas declaraciones durante una conferencia de prensa celebrada en Beijing al margen del XIX Congreso Nacional del PCCh.

Entre estos investigados, se encuentran 43 miembros y miembros suplentes del Comité Central del PCCh, así como nueve miembros de la Comisión Central de Control Disciplinario (CCCD), detalló Yang.

"El XVIII Comité Central del Partido Comunista de China, a fin de eliminar las prácticas malsanas que más descontento han provocado entre las masas populares, se esforzó para mejorar el estilo de trabajo e implementar el reglamento de ocho puntos de la dirección central. El Buró Político del Comité Central estableció un buen ejemplo para todo el partido, mientras que todos los miembros del partido realizaron esfuerzos pragmáticos y frenaron numerosas prácticas malsanas que muchos creían que eran imposibles de eliminar", explicó Yang.

"Establecimos un total de 47 grupos de control disciplinario para los departamentos del Partido y del Estado del nivel central a fin de supervisar las 139 organizaciones del partido de los departamentos centrales, y de esta manera conseguimos una cobertura completa de la supervisión por parte de los grupos enviados de la Comisión Central de Control Disciplinario. Asimismo, profundizamos la reforma del sistema nacional de supervisión y perfeccionamos el mecanismo de auto-supervisión del Partido y del Estado. También terminamos con éxito los tres proyectos piloto de reforma en Beijing, que es un municipio bajo jurisdicción central, y las provincias de Shanxi y Zhejiang", añadió.

El subsecretario de la CCCD prometió intensificar los esfuerzos en la lucha contra la corrupción en el futuro.

"En la lucha contra la corrupción, tenemos que persistir en la inexistencia de zonas vedadas, con una cobertura total y tolerancia cero. Tenemos que intensificar los esfuerzos para frenar la corrupción, aumentar la presión y mantener una atmósfera disuasiva. Vamos a aplicar un firme e inalterable castigo a la corrupción, intensificar los esfuerzos para solucionar los problemas de corrupción en la vida cotidiana de los residentes, así como mejorar las labores de recuperación de material y la caza de fugitivos en la lucha anticorrupción. Tenemos que recurrir tanto a la paliación sintomática como a la solventación de raíz, a fin de intensificar la atmósfera disuasiva de modo que no se atrevan a ser corruptos, poner límites para que no puedan ser corruptos, y aumentar su conciencia para que no quieran ser corruptos. De esta manera lograremos una victoria abrumadora en la lucha contra la corrupción. Ahora hemos obtenido una ventaja abrumadora, y seguiremos hacia un triunfo completo", concluyó.
