Some of the delegates to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) said on Thursday that the common people will have greater sense of gains and happiness in the future.

The delegates made the statement during an interview at the "delegates passage" of the congress.

In the report to the 19th CPC National Congress on Wednesday, Xi Jinping discussed education and put great emphasis on getting special education right.

Yang Xiaoling, a delegate from central China's Hubei Province, is a teacher at Wuhan No.1 school for deaf-mute people.

"As for us, it is very heartwarming, and we feel very honored. In this July, our country launched the second phase of the program designed to improve special education over a three-year period. I'm convinced that special education will continue to improve in the future and I, along with my colleagues, are looking forward to this development," Yang said.

"In his report to the 19th National Congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out the necessity of deepening the reform of the medical and health system.
