1. Various of 1,180 drones shining above Pearl River
A special performance involving a total of 1,180 drones decorated the night sky of Guangzhou in south China's Guangdong Province Thursday evening, showing the city's welcome to the over 1,000 international guests to the 2017 Fortune Global Forum slated from Wednesday to Friday.
The drones were seen climbing out of darkness gradually into the sky over the Pearl River and forming into Chinese character "Cai Fu," meaning "Fortune," followed by the formation of the full name of the forum.
The unmanned aircrafts also formed into Chinese characters of "Openness and Innovation" and "I love GZ (Guangzhou)" before finally making up the map of China, casting a harmonious and splendid scene.
