China's property market remained largely stable in November, with prices generally lower in most cities than in the same period of last year, according to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) on Monday.
Data show that the prices of new residential housing and second-hand housing in the first-tier cities in November went down 0.1 percent and 0.2 percent month on month, respectively.
The prices in second- and third-tier cities in the month rose slightly from the previous month.
