Chinese Vice President Wang Qishan on Sunday met with Lao Foreign Minister Saleumxay Kommasith in Beijing.

Wang said China and Laos share similar national conditions, the philosophy of the two parties are interlinked, and they are like brothers in the socialist community of shared future.

He said China will continue to firmly support Laos to take the path that suits their national conditions while facing the complicated international and regional situations.

Wang said Chinese President Xi Jinping and Lao President Bounnhang Vorachit have made exchange of visits not long ago. China would like to substantially implement the key strategic consensus reached by the two leaders, enhance the exchanges on governing experiences, ensure the cooperation in strategic alignment, deepen practical cooperation, implement cooperation documents of the Belt and Road Initiative, jointly maintain regional peace and promote the Lancang-Mekong sub-regional cooperation.

On his part, Kommasith said Laos and China are good comrades, partners and brothers. He said Laos will work with China to maintain the good tradition of the leaders' annual meeting, earnestly implement the important consensus reached by the two countries, and actively promote the construction of the Laos-China community of shared future.

Le vice-président chinois Wang Qishan a rencontré le ministre laotien des Affaires étrangères Saleumxay Kommasith mardi à Beijing.

M. Wang a déclaré que les situations nationales de la Chine et du Laos étaient similaires et que les deux pays formaient une communauté de destin socialiste fraternelle. Face à des situations internationales et régionales complexes, la Chine soutiendra fermement le Laos dans la voie d’un développement approprié à ses propres conditions nationales.

Le secrétaire général Xi Jinping et le secrétaire général du Comité central du Parti populaire révolutionnaire du Laos (PRPL) Bounnhang Vorachit ont récemment effectué des visites historiques, a noté M. Wang, ajoutant que la Chine était disposée à mettre en œuvre l'important consensus stratégique atteint par les dirigeants des deux pays.

Les deux parties ont convenu d’approfondir la coopération pragmatique, de mettre en œuvre des projets de coopération dans le cadre de l’initiative "la Ceinture et la Route", en vue de sauvegarder conjointement la paix régionale et de promouvoir la coopération régionale.

Pour sa part, le ministre laotien a indiqué que le Laos et la Chine étaient de bons camarades, de bons partenaires et de bons frères. La partie laotienne va travailler de concert avec la Chine pour mettre en œuvre le consensus important atteint par les deux parties et promouvoir activement la construction de la communauté de destin Laos-Chine.

التقى نائب الرئيس الصيني وانغ تشي شان وزير خارجية لاوس ساليومكساي كوماسيث في تشونغنانهاي يوم الأحد/ 26 أغسطس الجاري.

قال وانغ إن الصين ولاوس لديهما ظروف وطنية مشابهة وإن الحزبين لديهما نفس المفهوم، وهما مجتمع مصير مشترك اشتراكي أخوي.

وذكر وانغ أنه في مواجهة الأوضاع الدولية والإقليمية المعقدة، ستدعم الصين بقوة، كما هو الحال دائما، لاوس لمتابعة مسار التنمية الذي يتماشى مع ظروفها الوطنية.

وفي معرض حديثه حول الزيارتين التاريخيتين بين الرئيس الصيني شي جين بينغ ورئيس لاوس بوننهانغ فوراشيت قبل وقت ليس بالبعيد، قال وانغ إن الصين على استعداد لتطبيق التوافق الاستراتيجي الهام الذي توصل إليه زعيما البلدين مع لاوس، وتعزيز التعلم المتبادل لخبرات إدارة الحزب وحوكمة البلاد من بعضهما البعض، وتحقيق الترابط بين استراتيجيات التنمية، وتعميق التعاون العملي، وتنفيذ وثائق تعاونية مثل "بناء الحزام والطريق"، للعمل معا على حماية السلام الإقليمي ، وتعزيز تعاون لانتسانغ ميكونغ دون الإقليمي باستمرار.

من جانبه، قال ساليومكساي كوماسيث إن الصين تعتبر الرفيق الحميم، والشريك الطيب، والأخ الجيد لبلاده، مضيفا أن لاوس ستعمل مع الصين للحفاظ على التقاليد الجيدة للاجتماع السنوي بين قادة الحزبين والبلدين، والتنفيذ الجاد للتوافق الهام الذى تم التوصل اليه بين الجانبين، سعيا إلى تعزيز بناء مجتمع مصير مشترك بين الصين ولاوس.

Заместитель председателя КНР Ван Цишань в воскресенье в Пекине провел встречу с министром иностранных дел Лаоса Салымсаем Коммаситом.

В ходе встречи замглавы китайского государства отметил, что Китай и Лаос имеют схожую общеполитическую обстановку, концепции двух партий связаны друг с другом, обе страны формируют братское социалистическое сообщество с единой судьбой.

По его словам, перед лицом сложной международной и региональной обстановки китайская сторона будет, как и прежде, решительно поддерживать путь развития Лаоса, соответствующий реалиям страны.

Зампредседателя КНР выразил готовность китайской стороны совместно с Лаосом надлежащим образом реализовывать важные стратегические договоренности, достигнутые лидерами двух государств, активизировать взаимное обучение и заимствование опыта в управлении партией и государством, наладить состыковку стратегий развития и углублять прагматичное сотрудничество, а также совместно защищать мир в регионе и содействовать сотрудничеству в субрегионе бассейна Ланьцанцзян-Меконг.

Салымсай Коммасит, в свою очередь, сказал, что Лаос готов совместно с китайской стороной сохранять добрую традицию проведения ежегодных встреч верховных лидеров двух партий и двух стран, добросовестно реализовывать важные двусторонние договоренности и активно продвигать строительство сообщества единой судьбы Лаоса и Китая.

El vicepresidente de China, Wang Qishan, se reunió hoy domingo con el ministro de Relaciones Exteriores de Laos, Saleumxay Kommasith, en Beijing, donde las dos partes se comprometieron a implementar el importante consenso alcanzado por los mandatarios de los dos países.

Wang afirmó que China y Laos comparten condiciones nacionales similares y ambos son comunidades de destino socialista fraternal. De cara a situaciones internacionales y regionales complicadas, China apoyará firmemente a Laos para que siga el camino de desarrollo en línea con sus propias condiciones nacionales.

Wang recordó que Xi Jinping, secretario general del Comité Central del Partido Comunista de China (PCCh), y Bounnhang Vorachith, secretario general del Comité Central del Partido Popular Revolucionario de Laos, han realizado intercambio de visitas recientemente.

Wang apuntó que China está dispuesta a implementar el importante consenso estratégico alcanzado por los líderes de los dos países, fortalecer el aprendizaje mutuo de la experiencia de administración del Partido y del país, conectar las estrategias de desarrollo, profundizar la cooperación pragmática, implementar documentos de cooperación como la Iniciativa de la Franja y la Ruta, salvaguardar conjuntamente la paz regional y promover continuamente la cooperación subregional Lancang-Mekong.

Por su parte, Kommasith detalló que Laos y China son buenos compañeros, buenos socios y buenos hermanos. La parte laosiana trabajará con China para mantener la tradición de la reunión anual de los líderes máximos de ambos partidos y países, implementar con seriedad el importante consenso de las dos partes y promover activamente la construcción de la comunidad de destino entre Laos y China.

　中国の王岐山国家副主席は26日、中南海でラオスのサルムサイ外相と会談を行った。

　王副主席は、中国とラオスは国情が類似し、両党の理念が通じ合う兄弟のような社会主義運命共同体であると述べた上で、複雑化しつつある国際と地域情勢に直面している中、中国はこれまで通り、ラオスが自らの国情に相応しい発展の道を歩むことを支持していくと表明した。

　さらに王副主席は、先頃、習近平総書記とブンニャン総書記は歴史的な相互訪問を実現させた。中国はラオス側と共に両国指導者が達した重要な戦略的共通認識を確実に実行に移し、両国の発展戦略の結合に取り組み、実務協力を深め、｢一帯一路｣の枠組み内における協力文書を実行し、地域の平和の維持に努めていきたいと述べた。

　これに対してサルムサイ外相は、ラオスと中国は良い仲間、パートナー、兄弟である。ラオスは中国側と共に、両党と両国の最高指導者の年度定期会合という優れた伝統を維持し、双方の重要な共通認識を確実に実行に移して、両国の運命共同体の構築に積極的に取り組んでいきたいと表明した。
