China will ensure lasting stability and prosperity of the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and push for national reunification, said Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing on Tuesday.

Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the statement at a conference celebrating the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening-up.

"The great vision of 'one country, two systems' is of strong vitality. M. Xi, qui est également secrétaire général du Comité central du Parti communiste chinois (PCC) et président de la Commission militaire centrale, a fait ces remarques lors d'un rassemblement marquant le 40e anniversaire de la réforme et de l'ouverture de la Chine.

قال الرئيس الصيني شي جين بينغ يوم الثلاثاء/ 18 ديسمبر الجاري في بكين ان الصين ستواصل الحفاظ على الاستقرار والازدهار في منطقتي هونغ كونغ وماكاو الاداريتين الخاصتين وإعادة التوحيد الوطني.

وأدلى شي، وهو ايضا الأمين العام للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي الصيني ورئيس اللجنة العسكرية المركزية بهذه التصريحات في مؤتمر احتفالي بالذكرى الـ40 للاصلاح والانفتاح في الصين.

وفي حديثه عن تايوان، قال شي ان الصين تتمسك بمبدأ صين واحدة وتوافق 1992 لتحقيق اعادة التوحيد الوطني.

وأضاف: "إن تحقيق وحدة كامل الوطن هي رغبة شاملة لأبناء الشعب الصيني، ويجب أن نتمسك بمبدأ صين واحدة وتوافق 1992 وترسيخ وتطوير أساس التنمية السلمية للعلاقات بين جانبي المضيق وجلب منافع للأهالي في جانبي المضيق، ولدينا تصميم سياسي ثابت وقدرة قوية للحفاظ على سيادة الوطن وسلامة الأراضي ولن تنفصل الأراضي المقدسة للوطن ولو شبر واحد."

وخلال السنوات الأربعين الماضية، دفعت حملة الإصلاح والانفتاح مكانة البلاد لتصبح ثاني أكبر اقتصاد في العالم ، في حين تلتزم الصين بتنفيذ مزيد من الإصلاح والانفتاح من أجل تقديم مساهمات أكبر للعالم.

С данной речью Си Цзиньпин, также являющийся генеральным секретарем ЦК КПК и председателем Центрального военного совета, выступил на торжественном собрании по случаю 40-летия политики реформ и открытости.

Xi, también secretario general del Comité Central del Partido Comunista de China (PCCh) y presidente de la Comisión Militar Central, hizo estas declaraciones en una reunión celebrada en Beijing para conmemorar el 40º aniversario de la reforma y apertura de China.

"El gran concepto de 'un país, dos sistemas' es de fuerte vitalidad. Debemos implementar plena y correctamente las políticas de 'un país, dos sistemas', 'los hongkoneses administran Hong Kong' y 'los macaenses administran Macao' con 'un alto grado de autonomía'. Debemos actuar en estricto cumplimiento de la Constitución de China y las Leyes Básicas de las dos regiones administrativas especiales, y mejorar los sistemas y mecanismos relacionados con la implementación de las leyes básicas, con el objetivo de mantener la prosperidad y la estabilidad a largo plazo de Hong Kong y Macao", afirmó Xi.
