China's top legislator Li Zhanshu on Tuesday held talks with visiting Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani, calling for stronger cooperation to boost ties.

Li, chairman of the National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee, urged the two sides to take a strategic and long-term view in bilateral ties, constantly deepen political mutual trust, strengthen communication and coordination, and provide mutual support on issues concerning each other's core interests.

He also called for more anti-terrorism security cooperation and more mutually beneficial cooperation within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative.

Despite profound changes in the international situation and increasing instabilities and uncertainties, China's position in safeguarding the Iranian nuclear deal has not changed, neither has its commitment to developing China-Iran relations, Li said.

During Chinese President Xi Jinping's state visit to Iran in 2016, the two countries established a comprehensive strategic partnership, ushering in a new chapter in bilateral ties, said Li.

Hailing the smooth progress in all-round cooperation in recent years, Li said that exchanges between the countries' legislative institutions are an important component in the comprehensive strategic partnership.

The NPC is willing to carry out friendly exchanges with the Iranian parliament at different levels and in different forms, strengthen communication on experiences in legislation, supervision, and state governance, so as to provide sound legal guarantee for the two countries' mutually beneficial cooperation, he said.

Larijani said the ancient trade routes of the Silk Road witnessed the long history of exchanges between the two countries, and the Belt and Road Initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping gives new meanings to the Silk Road.

He said the Iranian side highly values and actively participates in the Belt and Road Initiative. The Iranian parliament would like to carry out more exchanges with the NPC and support mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields.

Li Zhanshu, président du Comité permanent de l'Assemblée populaire nationale (APN, parlement chinois) a rencontré Ali Larijani, président du Parlement iranien, mardi au Grand Palais du peuple à Beijing.

La Chine et l’Iran sont deux pays issus de civilisations anciennes. Pendant la visite du président chinois Xi Jinping en Iran en 2016, les deux pays ont noué un partenariat stratégique global, écrivant une nouvelle page de l’amitié sino-iranienne, a déclaré M. Li, ajoutant que les deux parties ont approfondi leur coopération dans divers domaines ces dernières années.

Dans un contexte international complexe et variable, la Chine s’en tient à sa position de maintenir l’accord global sur le nucléaire iranien et à sa détermination à développer les relations sino-iraniennes, a-t-il souligné.

Il a appelé les deux pays à approfondir sans cesse leur confiance politique mutuelle, à renforcer leur communication et leur coordination et à continuer de se soutenir sur les questions concernant leurs intérêts fondamentaux.

Les deux pays doivent aussi approfondir leur coopération dans la sécurité et dans la lutte contre le terrorisme, renforcer la coopération mutuellement bénéfique dans le cadre de "la Ceinture et la Route", et promouvoir le développement stable de leur partenariat stratégique global, a poursuivi M. Li.

M. Larijani a pour sa part indiqué que l’Iran attachait une grande importance à ses relations avec la Chine et qu'il participait activement à la construction de "la Ceinture et la Route".

L’Assemblée consultative islamique est prête à multiplier ses échanges avec l’APN, à soutenir la coopération mutuellement bénéfique entre les deux pays, de manière à jouer un rôle plus important dans le développement des relations bilatérales, a-t-il ajouté.

اجتمع كبير المشرعين الصينيين لي تشان شو يوم الثلاثاء/19 فبراير مع رئيس البرلمان الايراني علي لاريجاني في بكين.

وقال لي، رئيس اللجنة الدائمة للمجلس الوطني لنواب الشعب الصيني، ان الصين وايران دولتان ذواتا حضارة قديمة. وفي عام 2016، أقام البلدان شراكة استراتيجية شاملة خلال زيارة الدولة للرئيس الصيني شي جين بينغ إلى إيران، مما فتح فصلا جديدا للتبادلات الودية بين البلدين. وشهد البلدان تطورا عميقا ومستمرا للتعاون بين البلدين في مختلفة المجالات خلال السنوات الماضية.

وأكد لي إن موقف الصين من دعم خطة العمل الشاملة المشتركة بشأن القضية النووية الإيرانية لم يتغير، وكذلك عزم الصين لتطوير العلاقات الصينية الإيرانية.

وقال أنه يتعين على البلدين الالتزام بالتعامل مع العلاقات الصينية الإيرانية وتطويرها من منظور استراتيجي طويل المدى، وتعميق الثقة السياسية المتبادلة باستمرار، وتعزيز الاتصالات والتنسيق، والاستمرار في دعم بعضهما البعض في القضايا المتعلقة بالمصالح الجوهرية للبلدين، وكذلك تعميق التعاون في مكافحة الإرهاب والأمن، وتعزيز التعاون ذي المنفعة المتبادلة في إطار الحزام والطريق، ودفع التطور المطرد للشراكة الاستراتيجية الشاملة بين الصين وإيران.

وأشار لي أن المجلس الوطني لنواب الشعب الصيني يعلق أهمية كبيرة على علاقات التعاون الودي مع البرلمان الإيراني، ويرغب في إجراء تبادلات ودية على مختلف المستويات بأشكال مختلفة، وتعزيز تبادل الخبرات في مجالات التشريع والإشراف وحكم البلاد، لتوفير ضمان قانوني أفضل للتعاون ذي المنفعة المتبادلة بين البلدين.

ومن جانبه، وقال لاريجاني إن طريق الحرير القديم شهد تاريخ التبادل العريق بين إيران والصين. وأعطت مبادرة الحزام والطريق التي اقترحها الرئيس شي معنى جديدا لطريق الحرير. وإيران تتعامل وتطور العلاقات الثنائية من منظور استراتيجي، وتعلق أهمية كبيرة على بناء الحزام والطريق.

وأضاف ان البرلمان الايراني مستعد لتعزيز التبادلات مع المجلس الوطني لنواب الشعب الصيني، ودعم التعاون ذي المنفعة المتبادلة في مختلف المجالات بين البلدين، وسيلعب دورا أكثر أهمية في دفع تطور العلاقات بين البلدين.

Председатель Постоянного комитета Всекитайского собрания народных представителей (ВСНП) Ли Чжаньшу 19 февраля в Доме народных собраний в Пекине провел встречу со спикером Исламского консультативного совета Ирана Али Лариджани.

Ли Чжаньшу заявил, что Китай и Иран имеют древние цивилизации. В 2016 году в ходе государственного визита председателя КНР Си Цзиньпина в Иран обе стороны установили отношения всеобъемлющего стратегического партнерства и открыли новую главу двусторонних дружественных связей. В последние годы обе стороны активно осуществляют достигнутые лидерами двух стран важные консенсусы и непрерывно углубляют двустороннее сотрудничество во всех сферах.

Ли Чжаньшу отметил, что ныне в международной обстановке происходят глубокие и сложные изменения, количество факторов нестабильности и неопределенности увеличивается. Позиция Китая по сохранению Совместного всеобъемлющего плана действий не изменилась, решимость развивать китайско-иранские отношения не изменилась. Китай и Иран должны продолжать рассматривать и развивать китайско-иранские отношения со стратегической высоты и с точки зрения долгосрочной перспективы, углублять политическое взаимодоверие, усиливать контакты и координацию, поддерживать друг друга в вопросах, касающихся коренных интересов друг друга, укреплять сотрудничество в области безопасности, усиливать взаимовыгодное сотрудничество в рамках инициативы "Один пояс и один путь", тем самым продвигать стабильное развитие двусторонних отношений всеобъемлющего стратегического партнерства.

Ли Чжаньшу подчеркнул, что ВСНП придает важное значение отношениям дружбы и сотрудничества с Исламским консультативным советом Ирана и намерен совместно с Ираном проводить дружественные контакты на различных уровнях и в различных формах, усиливать обмены опытом в областях законодательства, надзора и управления страной, чтобы обеспечить правовую основу для развития двустороннего взаимовыгодного сотрудничества.

Али Лариджани, в свою очередь, заявил, что древний Шелковый путь свидетельствует о многовековой истории связей между Ираном и Китаем. Инициатива "Один пояс и один путь", выдвинутая председателем КНР Си Цзиньпином, придает Шелковому пути новое значение. Иран рассматривает и развивает отношения с Китаем со стратегической высоты, ценит строительство "Одного пояса и одного пути" и принимает активное участие в нем. Исламский консультативный совет Ирана готов усиливать контакты с ВСНП, поддерживать взаимовыгодное сотрудничество между двумя странами во всех сферах и играть более важную роль в содействии развитию ирано-китайских отношений.

El máximo legislador de China, Li Zhanshu, se reunió hoy martes con Ali Larijani, presidente del Parlamento de Irán, en Beijing, capital de China.

Li, presidente del Comité Permanente de la Asamblea Popular Nacional (APN), expresó que tanto China como Irán son países con una antigua civilización. Los dos países forjaron en 2016 una asociación estratégica integral durante la visita de Estado del presidente de China Xi Jinping a Irán y, desde entonces, han abierto un nuevo capítulo de intercambios amistosos, según Li.

Li subrayó que la posición de China de defender el Plan de Acción Integral Conjunto sobre el problema nuclear de Irán se mantiene sin cambios, al igual que la resolución de desarrollo de las relaciones entre China e Irán.

Los dos países deben profundizar su confianza política mutua, reforzar la comunicación y la coordinación, continuar apoyándose mutuamente en los temas de interés común, fortalecer la cooperación en el campo de la seguridad para lucha contra el terrorismo, mejorar la cooperación de beneficio mutuo en el marco de la Iniciativa de la Franja y la Ruta, e impulsar el desarrollo constante de la asociación estratégica integral entre ambos países, continuó Li.

Li también señaló que la APN de China otorga gran importancia a las relaciones de cooperación amistosa con el Parlamento iraní, ya que China desea realizar intercambios amistosos de diferentes niveles y en diferentes formas, aumentando el intercambio de experiencias en la legislación, la supervisión y la gobernanza del país, a fin de proporcionar una mejor garantía legal para la cooperación mutuamente beneficiosa entre los dos países.

Por su parte, Larijani afirmó que la antigua Ruta de la Seda fue testigo del intercambio entre Irán y China. La Iniciativa de la Franja y la Ruta, propuesta por el presidente Xi, le ha dado un nuevo significado a la Ruta de la Seda, agregó.

El presidente del parlamento iraní aseveró que Irán trata las relaciones bilaterales con China desde una perspectiva estratégica, otorga gran importancia y participa activamente en la construcción de la Franja y la Ruta.

Larijani acotó que el Parlamento iraní está dispuesto a fortalecer los intercambios con la APN de China, defender la cooperación mutuamente beneficiosa en varios campos entre los dos países y desempeñar un papel importante en el avance del desarrollo de las relaciones entre Irán y China.
