Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, on Tuesday visited an occupational training school and a horse ranch during his inspection tour of northwest China's Gansu Province.

Arrived at the Shandan County in the afternoon, Xi inspected Shandan Bailie School to know the occupational training situation at local place.

Xi also visited a horse ranch in the county to study the ecological environment restoration and protection of Qilian Mountains.
