China is one of the main trade and investment partners of Kazakhstan. The Kazakh president said the international situation is undergoing profound and complex changes, regional conflict is growing, terrorism is picking up and global confrontation is intensifying, noting China is always a reliable partner of Kazakhstan in the international arena. He lauded the Shanghai Cooperation Organization that covers 60 percent of the Eurasian continent for its role in safeguarding regional security. Kazakhstan will enhance cooperation with China within the framework of the United Nations and work with China to boost prosperity in Eurasia, he said.
