"All countries, big or small, strong or weak, rich or poor, are equals and all have the right to independently choose their own development paths. Having a hand in the regional affairs, interfering in the internal affairs of other countries, fanning up color revolution and even attempting to subvert lawful governments of other countries are the true sources of regional wars and turmoils."
