A total of 45 passengers who were allowed to leave the coronavirus-hit Diamond Princess cruise ship moored at Yokohama Port have developed certain symptoms, according to a Japanese official on Wednesday.

The government has contacted 813 passengers who tested negative and left the ship last week, among whom 45 have shown symptoms such as fevers, said Katsunobu Kato, Japanese Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.

He added that the ministry has asked the 45 people to visit hospital and receive tests based on doctor's advice.

Diamond Princess, initially carrying around 3,700 passengers and crew from more than 50 countries and regions, has been quarantined at the Yokohama Port since Feb. 5 after a passenger who disembarked in Hong Kong on Jan. 25 tested positive for novel coronavirus.

After 14 days of quarantine, passengers who tested negative for the disease and had not shown any symptom were allowed to leave the ship on Feb. 19.

قال كاتسونوبو كاتو، وزير الصحة والعمل والرفاه الياباني يوم الأربعاء/26 فبراير إن ما مجموعه 45 راكبا ممن سُمح لهم بمغادرة سفينة "أميرة الماس" السياحية المتأثرة بفيروس كورونا الجديد (كوفيد-19) في ميناء يوكوهاما يعانون من الحمى وأعراض أخرى.

وذكر كاتو أن الحكومة اليابانية اتصلت بـ 813 راكباً كانوا قد غادروا السفينة الأسبوع الماضي حيث تم التأكد من أن 45 منهم ظهرت عليهم أعراض مثل الحمى.

وأضاف المسؤول أن الوزارة طلبت من الأشخاص الـ45 التوجه إلى المستشفى وتلقي الفحص بناءً على نصيحة الطبيب.

وخضعت السفينة السياحية "أميرة الماس" التي كانت تنقل في البداية حوالي 3700 مسافر وافراد الطاقم من أكثر من 50 دولة ومنطقة، للحجر الصحي في ميناء يوكوهاما منذ 5 فبراير بعد ثبت أن إختبارات أحد الركاب الذي كان قد نزل من السفينة في وقت سابق في هونغ كونغ إيجابية لفيروس كورونا الجديد.

وبعد 14 يومًا من الحجر الصحي، سُمح للركاب الذين أظهرت اختبارات الحمض النووي عدم اصابتهم بالفيروس ولم تظهر عليهم أي أعراض، بمغادرة السفينة في 19 فبراير.

Un total de 45 pasajeros a los que se les permitió abandonar el crucero Diamond Princess, afectado por el nuevo coronavirus (COVID-19) y puesto en cuarentena en el puerto Yokohama, han mostrado ciertos síntomas de la enfermedad, según afirmó un funcionario japonés hoy miércoles.

El gobierno se puso en contacto con los 813 pasajeros que dieron negativo y abandonaron el crucero la semana pasada, pero 45 han mostrado síntomas como fiebre, dijo el ministro de Salud, Trabajo y Bienestar japonés, Katsunobu Kato.

Agregó que el ministerio ha pedido a las 45 personas que acudan al hospital y que se sometan a pruebas bajo la dirección médica.

El crucero Diamond Princess, inicialmente con 3.700 pasajeros y tripulantes de más de 50 países y regiones a bordo, se encuentra en cuarentena en el puerto de Yokohama, al sur de Tokio, capital de Japón, desde el 5 de febrero, después de que un pasajero que desembarcó en Hong Kong el 25 de enero diera positivo por neumonía del COVID-19.

Después de 14 días de cuarentena, los pasajeros que dieron negativo a la enfermedad y no habían mostrado ningún síntoma pudieron abandonar el crucero el 19 de febrero.

　26日、横浜港に停泊した新型コロナウイルスへの集団感染が確認されたクルーズ船「ダイヤモンド・プリンセス」から下船した乗客計45人に何らかの症状が出ていることは日本の当局者の話でわかった。

　加藤勝信厚生労働省大臣は、日本政府が先週下船した、検査結果が陰性だった813人の乗客に連絡を取り、うち45人が発熱などの症状を訴えたと明らかにした。

　加藤大臣は、すでにこの45人に病院で受診し、医師の助言に従って検査を受けるように求めたと付け加えた。

　クルーズ船「ダイヤモンド・プリンセス」は当初、50以上の国と地域からの乗客・乗員約3700人を乗せ、1月25日に船を降りた乗客の1人が、新型コロナウイルス陽性反応が検出されたため、2月5日から横浜港で隔離されていた。

　14日間の隔離の後、陰性で何の症状もなかった乗客は2月19日に下船することを認められた。
