2. SOUNDBITE (Chinese) Yi Fan, doctor, Central Hospital of Wuhan (partially overlaid with shot 3):
"It's April 20 now, and I have basically recovered. I can move as before in bed, maybe not so well on the ground. Generally, I can breathe well. All the pipes have been removed from me, and transfusion has been also stopped. I just take some oral medicine and the rehabilitation doctors will come to treat me every day. Gradually I can walk against the bed on the floor, but I’m still weak in physical power. To be honest, when I woke up, I was a little afraid after I knew something of the disease and I would have a nightmare. They comforted me and gave me some psychological treatment."

7. SOUNDBITE (Chinese) Yi Fan, doctor, Central Hospital of Wuhan (starting with shot 6):
"For myself, I want to say that the disease is highly contagious especially at the early stage, so the treatment should be conducted in time. Don't hesitate. The delay of treatment will put you into a serious condition. Perhaps I delayed a little and wasn’t put under active treatment at the early stage."

One of the two doctors who suffered pigmentation in the treatment for COVID-19 is recovering from the disease as the extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) machine has been removed from him for over one month.
In Jan this year, Yi Fan, a doctor of the Central Hospital of Wuhan, and his colleague Hu Weifeng were infected with the novel coronavirus. After two months of treatment, both of them survived. However, their countenances became dark in the treatment, which has drawn the public attention.
Yi was the one of milder disease than Hu. He said he can move as before in bed, but still can't move normally on the ground.
