Hainan, China's free trade port, announced on Monday to recruit high-end personnel to head statutory bodies, public institutions, and legal representatives of state-owned enterprises from all over the world.

The placements available include director of the Sanya Tourism Promotion Bureau, the director of the development bureau of the Yangpu Economic Development Zone's bonded port area, and general manager of the Yangpu branch of Haiken Group Logistics Company, part of Hainan State Farms Investment Holdings Group Co. Ltd., a huge state-owned business on the island.
