Storyline

The newborn African lion quintuplets made their debut at a safari park in south China's Guangzhou City on Sunday, attracting tourists from across the country during the five-day Labor Day holiday.

The adorable cubs, two males and three females, were not shy at all in front of the curious crowds of tourists at the Chimelong Safari Park, frolicking and chasing each other on the lawn.

Though less than one year old, the cubs are healthy and strong. They are now weaning off milk and starting to feed on flesh, according to the breeder.

The breeders are considering to put them into the grown lions pride when they turn one year old.
