The 50th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relationship between China and Japan is a major milestone in the bilateral ties, which should be taken as an opportunity to further the relationship, said Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin at a press briefing in Beijing on Thursday

"Today is the 50th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between China and Japan.
