The Dialogue on Global Governance and Asia-Pacific Shared Prosperity, gathering officials and experts from Asia-Pacific countries, was held recently in Beijing ahead of Chinese President Xi Jinping's attendance in the 32nd APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting in Gyeongju and state visit to the Republic of Korea (ROK) from Oct 30 to Nov 1.

During this dialogue event, co-hosted by China Media Group (CMG), Yonsei University and Yonhap Television News (YTN) from the ROK, experts and scholars from Asia-Pacific countries as well as officials of international organizations discussed China's recently established development plans and their significance for the Asia-Pacific region and the world.

They said the just-concluded fourth plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has drawn worldwide attention. The session has charted the course for China's high-quality development in the next five years and has set the goals for building on the momentum to advance Chinese modernization, which, according the experts, will create more opportunities for the lasting development and shared prosperity in the Asia-Pacific region.

They also noted that all parties should build consensus, strengthen cooperation, and foster innovation in cultural and people-to-people exchanges. Through enhanced dialogue and collaboration, positive energy will be injected into regional prosperity, contributing to the building of an Asia-Pacific community with a shared future, according the experts.

A global opinion poll released by CMG's multilingual channel, China Global Television Network (CGTN), during the event indicated that 83.3 percent of respondents have positive comments on APEC's role as a key platform for economic cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region, and 83.4 percent of the respondents affirm China's role and contribution in promoting the sustainable development of APEC.

During the dialogue event, a global solicitation campaign was launched, inviting young people from the Asia-Pacific region and around the world to engage deeply in dialogues on international issues by submitting short videos, images, and written works.

International guests also exchanged views during roundtable discussions on topics including the key points of the development in the Asia-Pacific region and the efforts of co-building a sustainable future in this region.

According to the organizers, a special program of the dialogue event will be broadcast in the near future on CGTN's television and digital platforms, and will also be aired on YTN television as well as its social media platforms.

Un dialogue sur la gouvernance mondiale et la prospérité partagée en Asie-Pacifique vient de se tenir à Beijing, avant la 32e réunion des dirigeants économiques de l'APEC à Gyeongju, en République de Corée, à laquelle sera présent le président chinois Xi Jinping, et la visite d'État de M. Xi en République de Corée du 30 octobre au 1er novembre.

Lors de cet événement organisé conjointement par le China Media Group (CMG), l'Université Yonsei et Yonhap Television News (YTN) de la République de Corée, des experts des pays d'Asie-Pacifique et des responsables d'organisations internationales ont discuté des plans de développement récemment établis par la Chine et de leur importance pour la région Asie-Pacifique et le monde entier.

Selon les intervenants, la quatrième session plénière du 20e Comité central du Parti communiste chinois, tenue du 20 au 23 octobre, a attiré l'attention du monde entier, a tracé la voie du développement de haute qualité de la Chine dans les cinq prochaines années et a fixé les objectifs dans le cadre de la modernisation chinoise, ce qui, selon les experts, créera davantage d'opportunités de développement durable et de prospérité partagée pour la région Asie-Pacifique.

El Diálogo sobre Gobernanza Global y Prosperidad Compartida en Asia-Pacífico, que reunió a funcionarios y expertos de países de Asia-Pacífico, se celebró recientemente en Beijing, capital de China, en vísperas de la 32ª Reunión de Líderes Económicos del Foro de Cooperación Económica Asia-Pacífico (APEC) que tendrá lugar del 31 de octubre al 1 de noviembre en la ciudad de Gyeongju, República de Corea.

　習近平国家主席は、アジア太平洋経済協力会議（APEC）第32回非公式首脳会議に出席するため、まもなく韓国を公式訪問する。

　会議にさきがけ、中央広播電視総台（チャイナ・メディア・グループ/CMG）は北京で、韓国の延世大学やニュース専門テレビ局YTNと共同で「グローバルガバナンスとアジア太平洋の共同繁栄」対話会を開催した。

　国際通貨基金（IMF）のスティーブン・アラン・バーネット前駐中国首席代表、カナダ中国ビジネス協議会（CCBC）のデビッド・ペレス駐北京首席代表ら国際組織の幹部、ビジネス界の代表、大学の研究者、シンクタンクの専門家が出席。

　CMGの慎海雄台長、中国国際貿易促進委員会の任鴻斌会長、マレーシアのテンク・ザフルル投資貿易産業相、チリのルベン・オヤルスン国会議員、延世大学の尹東燮総長がビデオメッセージを寄せた。

　慎CMG台長は、習主席が述べているように「発展」はアジア太平洋地域の永遠のテーマだとして、次のように示した。

　グローバルガバナンスが逆風にさらされ、進まなければ後退するという重大な局面において、中国は「共に地球を救う」という東方の知恵を堅持し、人類運命共同体の構築を提唱した。

　中国はアジア太平洋地域の各経済体と共に困難に向かって突き進み、新たな道を切り開き、経済のグローバル化と世界の多極化を促進する「機関車」となり、世界が注目する「アジア太平洋の奇跡」を創り出した。

　国際機関の関係者やアジア太平洋地域の専門家らは、世界が注目した中国共産党第20期中央委員会第4回全体会議（4中全会）に言及。今後5年間の中国の質の高い発展の方向性が示され、中国式現代化を推進するための目標と道筋が定められたと指摘した。

　その上で、アジア太平洋地域の持続的な発展と共同繁栄に新たな機会をもたらすものであり、各方面は共通認識を固めて手を取り合って協力を深め、人文交流の革新を図り、対話と協力を積極的に行うことで地域の繁栄に前向きなエネルギーを注ぎ、アジア太平洋運命共同体の構築を共に推進していくべきだと強調した。

　対話会では、CMG傘下の中国国際電視台（CGTN）が「繁栄するアジア太平洋、中国の力」のテーマで行った世界的な世論調査の結果が発表された。

　今回の調査では、APECについて83.3％が「アジア太平洋地域における重要な経済協力プラットフォームとして果たしている役割を肯定的に評価」しているとした。そして、83.4％が「APECの持続可能な発展プロセスを推進する上で、中国の役割と貢献を高く評価」するとしている。

　対話会の開催にあわせて、「APEC青年アクション」キャンペーンで世界の作品募集もスタート。アジア太平洋地域および世界の若者たちに、短編動画、画像、文章作品などを通じた国際問題に関する深い対話を呼びかけるものだ。

　そして、対話会の円卓討論セッションでは、「アジア太平洋発展のカギを解く」「持続可能な未来を共に築く」などのテーマについて意見交換が行われた。

Auf der Sitzung sei der Kurs für die hochqualitative Entwicklung Chinas in den nächsten fünf Jahren vorgezeichnet und Ziele dafür gesetzt worden, die chinesische Modernisierung, aufbauend auf dem bisherigen Schwung, weiter voranzutreiben. Dies, so die Teilnehmer, werde sicher mehr Chancen für die nachhaltige Entwicklung und den gemeinsamen Wohlstand in der Region Asien-Pazifik schaffen.

Auch wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass alle Parteien den Konsens aufbauen, die Zusammenarbeit verstärken sowie die Innovation im Bereich des gesellschaftlich-kulturellen Austauschs fördern sollten. Auch sollte durch verbesserten Dialog und Zusammenarbeit dem regionalen Wohlstand positive Energie verliehen werden. Schließlich sollte dazu beigetragen werden, eine asiatisch-pazifische Gemeinschaft mit einer geteilten Zukunft aufzubauen.

Aus einer globalen Umfrage, deren Ergebnisse vom China Global Television Network (CGTN), dem mehrsprachigen Kanal der CMG, aus diesem Anlass veröffentlicht wurden, geht hervor, dass 83,3 Prozent der Befragten die Rolle der APEC als eine wichtige Plattform für die wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit in der Region Asien-Pazifik positiv bewerten, während 83,4 Prozent der Befragten Chinas Rolle und Beitrag bei der Förderung der nachhaltigen Entwicklung der APEC hoch anerkennen.

Während der Dialogveranstaltung wurde auch ein Aufruf an junge Menschen aus der Region Asien-Pazifik und aus anderen Teilen der Welt gestartet, sich an einem Dialog über internationale Fragen zu beteiligen sowie Kurzvideos, Bilder und schriftliche Arbeiten einzureichen.

Internationale Gäste diskutierten außerdem über wichtige Aspekte der Entwicklung in der Region Asien-Pazifik oder die Bemühungen um den gemeinsamen Aufbau einer nachhaltigen Zukunft in der Region.

Laut den Organisatoren soll in naher Zukunft auf den Fernseh- und Digitalplattformen von CGTN eine Sondersendung zu der Dialogveranstaltung ausgestrahlt werden. Die Sondersendung soll auch im Fernsehsender YTN und auf seinen Social-Media-Plattformen zu sehen sein.
