China and Turkey should maintain high-level exchanges and deepen strategic mutual trust, Chinese President Xi Jinping told Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in a telephone conversation on Thursday.

Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission (CMC), pointed out that the bilateral strategic and cooperative relations between China and Turkey have been developing steadily in recent years, and achieved positive outcomes across the board.

To deepen bilateral cooperation, Xi said that more efforts should be made to align China's Belt and Road Initiative with Turkey's Middle Corridor plan, noting that people-to-people exchanges should be facilitated and friendship between the two peoples increased.

The Chinese president stressed that China and Turkey should maintain close communications and coordination with each other within the frameworks of the United Nations, G20 and other multilateral mechanisms, so as to make positive contributions to building a new type of international relations and a community with a shared future for mankind.

For his part, Erdogan said that Turkey highly values China's role in upholding fairness and justice in international affairs, respecting the diversity of different civilizations, and maintaining that all countries, big or small, are equal.

According to the Turkish president, Turkey is willing to strengthen communication and coordination with China, take part in the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative and facilitate bilateral cooperation in areas such as economy and trade, energy, infrastructure and tourism.

Erdogan underscored that Turkey is firmly against terrorist forces including the East Turkestan Islamic Movement (ETIM), and never allows those forces to jeopardize the social stability of countries including China and Turkey.

The two presidents also exchanged views on the current situation in Syria in the conversation.

Xi stressed that all the relevant parties should act within the framework of international laws, abide by the purpose and principles of the UN Charter and respect the sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity of all countries.

Erdogan said that Turkey attaches great importance to China's important influence on resolving the Syrian issue through political means. Turkey is willing to strengthen communication and coordination with China in this regard, he added.

La Chine et la Turquie doivent maintenir des échanges de haut niveau et renforcer la confiance mutuelle stratégique, a déclaré le président chinois Xi Jinping au président turc Recep Tayyip Erdogan jeudi au téléphone.

M. Xi a noté que les relations de coopération stratégique sino-turques ont connu un développement régulier ces dernières années et ont obtenu des résultats positifs au niveau de la coopération dans différents domaines, soulignant que les deux parties doivent créer des opportunités pour élever les relations bilatérales à un niveau supérieur.

La Chine et la Turquie doivent également prendre en considération les inquiétudes qui les concernent, ce qui servira de fondement politique solide à la coopération bilatérale, a ajouté M. Xi.

Le président chinois a appelé les deux pays à coopérer de manière pragmatique. Pour ce faire, les deux parties doivent accorder de l'importance à l'alignement de l'initiative chinoise de "la Ceinture et la Route" avec le Projet turc du Couloir du Milieu, à l'enrichissement des échanges humains et culturels et à la consolidation du soutien public pour les relations bilatérales amicales.

La Turquie a une influence et un rôle importants dans les grands dossiers régionaux et internationaux, a indiqué M. Xi, ajoutant que les deux pays doivent maintenir une coordination et une communication étroites sur les grands dossiers, dans le cadre des mécanismes multilatéraux comme les Nations unies et le G20, afin de contribuer positivement à la promotion d'un nouveau modèle de relations internationales et à la construction d'une communauté de destin pour l'humanité.

M. Erdogan a quant à lui déclaré que le développement et la prospérité de la Chine sont une pierre angulaire de la stabilité mondiale, et que la Turquie apprécie les efforts déployés par la Chine sur la scène internationale pour défendre l'équité et la justice, respecter la diversité des cultures et promouvoir l'égalité entre les pays de toutes les tailles.

La Turquie est disposée à entretenir des échanges étroits avec la Chine à tous les niveaux, a-t-il affirmé, ajoutant que son pays soutenait et était prêt à participer à l'initiative "la Ceinture et la Route", et à renforcer leur coopération dans les domaines tels que l'économie, le commerce, l'énergie, les infrastructures et le tourisme.

Il a déclaré que la Turquie était fermement opposée aux groupes terroristes comme le Mouvement islamique du Turkestan oriental, et a précisé que de tels groupes ne devaient être autorisés à menacer la stabilité d'aucun pays, dont la Turquie et la Chine.

Les deux dirigeants ont également échangé leurs point de vue sur la situation actuelle en Syrie.

M. Xi a déclaré que toutes les parties concernées devaient agir de manière conforme au droit international, suivre les principes et les objectifs de la Charte des Nations unies et respecter la souveraineté, l'indépendance et l'intégrité territoriale de tous les pays.

M. Erdogan a affirmé que la Turquie attachait une grande importance à l'influence exercée par la Chine sur la recherche d'une solution politique au conflit syrien, ajoutant que son pays était prêt à renforcer la communication et la coordination avec la Chine sur cette question.

قال الرئيس الصيني شي جين بينغ للرئيس التركي رجب طيب اردوغان عبر الهاتف يوم الخميس/ 19 أبريل الجاري إن الصين وتركيا يتعين عليهما الحفاظ على تبادلات عالية المستوى وتعميق الثقة الاستراتيجية المتبادلة.

وأشار شي إلى ان العلاقات التعاونية الاستراتيجية بين الصين وتركيا شهدت تنمية مستمرة في السنوات الأخيرة وحققت نتائج ايجابية في التعاون في مجالات متنوعة، حيث قال إن الجانبين بحاجة إلى استغلال الفرص المتاحة لرفع العلاقات الثنائية إلى مستوى أعلى فضلا عن مجالات أوسع.

وأضاف شي ان الصين وتركيا بحاجة إلى التكيف مع مخاوف بعضهما البعض، ما يضع أساسا سياسيا قويا للتعاون الثنائي.

ودعا شي البلدين إلى العمل بقوة في مجال التعاون البراجماتي، الأمر الذي يتطلب من الجانبين إعطاء أهمية للدمج بين مبادرة الحزام والطريق التي اقترحتها الصين مع مشروع الممر المتوسط التركي وإثراء التبادلات الشعبية والثقافية وتعزيز الدعم العام للعلاقات الودية الثنائية.

وقال شي إن تركيا لها تأثير ودور بشكل خاص فيما يتعلق بالقضايا الدولية والاقليمية الرئيسية، مضيفا ان البلدين بحاجة إلى الحفاظ على الاتصالات الوثيقة والتنسيق في القضايا الكبرى من خلال إطار الآليات المتعددة مثل الأمم المتحدة ومجموعة العشرين من أجل عمل اسهامات ايجابية لتعزيز نمط جديد من العلاقات الدولية وبناء مجتمع ذي مصير مشترك للبشرية.

من جانبه، قال أردوغان إن تركيا تقدر دور الصين في تعزيز العدالة في الشؤون الدولية، واحترام تعددية الحضارات المختلفة، والحفاظ على المساواة بين الدول الكبيرة والصغيرة.

وذكر الرئيس التركي أن تركيا على استعداد لتعزيز التبادلات والتنسيق مع الصين، والمشاركة في تنفيذ مبادرة الحزام والطريق وتسهيل التعاون الثنائي في مجالات الاقتصاد والتجارة والطاقة والبنية التحتية والسياحة.

وأكد أردوغان أن تركيا تعارض بقوة القوى الإرهابية بما في ذلك حركة تركستان الشرقية الإسلامية، وأنها لا تسمح أبدا لهذه القوى بتعريض الاستقرار الاجتماعي للدول بما فيها الصين وتركيا للخطر.

كما تبادل الرئيسان في المكالمة وجهات النظر حول الوضع الحالي في سوريا.

وشدد شي على أن جميع الأطراف المعنية يجب أن تعمل في إطار القوانين الدولية، وأن تلتزم بأهداف ومبادئ ميثاق الأمم المتحدة وأن تحترم السيادة والاستقلال ووحدة الأراضي لجميع الدول.

وقال أردوغان إن تركيا تولي أهمية كبيرة لتأثير الصين المهم على حل القضية السورية عبر الوسائل السياسية، مضيفا أن تركيا ترغب في تعزيز الاتصالات والتنسيق مع الصين في هذا الصدد.

Председатель КНР Си Цзиньпин 19 апреля провел телефонный разговор с президентом Турции Реджепом Эрдоганом.

Во время телефонной беседы Си Цзиньпин отметил, что Китай и Турция должны выявить потенциал двустороннего сотрудничества, продвигать углубление и расширение двусторонних отношений, поддерживать контакты на высшем уровне, углублять стратегическое взаимодоверие и заложить еще более прочную политическую основу для двустороннего взаимодействия. Он также призвал активизировать стыковку стратегий развития двух стран, повышать уровень прагматичного взаимодействия и обогащать гуманитарные обмены.

Лидер Китая подчеркнул, что двум сторонам следует активизировать контакты и координацию по важным вопросам в рамках ООН, Группы-20 и других многосторонних механизмов, вносить позитивный вклад в продвижение строительства международных отношений нового типа и создания Мирового сообщества с единой судьбой.

Реджеп Эрдоган, в свою очередь, заявил, что турецкая сторона намерена активизировать с Китаем контакты на различных уровнях, активно поддерживать и участвовать в строительстве "Одного пояса и одного пути", углублять взаимодействие в торгово-экономической сфере, сфере энергии, инфраструктуры, туризма и других областях. Турция решительно выступает против Исламского движения Восточного Туркестана и не допустит, чтобы эти террористические силы нарушили социальную стабильность стран мира, включая Турцию и Китай.

Главы двух государств также обменялись мнениями по ситуации в Сирии.

Си Цзиньпин подчеркнул, что вовлеченным сторонам следует действовать в рамках международного права, соблюдать основные цели и принципы Устава ООН, уважать суверенитет, независимость и территориальную целостность других стран мира.

Реджеп Эрдоган заметил, что турецкая сторона отдает отчет важному влиянию Китая в политическом урегулировании сирийской проблемы, и готова укреплять контакты и координацию с Китаем по данному вопросу.

China y Turquía deben mantener intercambios de alto nivel y profundizar la confianza estratégica mutua, dijo el pasado jueves por teléfono el presidente chino, Xi Jinping, a su homólogo de Turquía, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Xi indicó que las relaciones de cooperación estratégica entre China y Turquía han tenido un desarrollo estable en los últimos años y han logrado positivos resultados de la cooperación en diversas áreas.

Xi añadió que ambas partes necesitan aprovechar el potencial para elevar las relaciones bilaterales a un nivel superior, y recordó que ambas partes también necesitan tomar en consideración sus preocupaciones mutuas, para establecer una sólida base política para la cooperación bilateral.

Xi pidió a los dos países trabajar en la cooperación pragmática, y conceder gran importancia al enlace entre la Iniciativa de la Franja y la Ruta y el proyecto del Corredor Medio de Turquía, para enriquecer los intercambios culturales entre pueblos y consolidar el apoyo público hacia unas relaciones bilaterales amistosas.

Turquía tiene una influencia y un rol especial en varios asuntos internacionales y regionales importantes, comentó Xi. Ambos países deben mantener una comunicación y coordinación estrecha sobre temas claves en el marco de los mecanismos multilaterales como las Naciones Unidas y el Grupo de los 20, a fin de hacer una contribución positiva para promover un nuevo tipo de relaciones internacionales y construir una comunidad de destino para la humanidad, agregó.

Erdogan, por su parte, comentó que Turquía tiene una muy buena opinión del gran esfuerzo que China ha hecho en los asuntos internacionales para salvaguardar la equidad y la justicia, respetar la diversidad y promover la igualdad de todos los países sin importar su tamaño.

Turquía está dispuesta llevar a cabo intercambios estrechos con China en todos los niveles, dijo Erdogan, y agregó que su país está listo para participar en la Iniciativa de la Franja y la Ruta, y también impulsará la cooperación en áreas como la economía, el comercio, la energía, la infraestructura y el turismo.

El presidente turco recalcó oponerse firmemente a fuerzas terroristas tales como el Movimiento Islámico del Turkestán Oriental, y añadió que no se debe permitir que dichas organizaciones socaven la estabilidad social de cualquier país, incluyendo Turquía y China.
