On Monday, a total of 914 flights operated while 34 others were cancelled; 37 flights landed at alternate airports and four inbound flights returned due to the inclement weather.

Heavy rain accompanied by thunder and temporary gales hit southern Nanchong City between 08:00 Monday and 07:00 Tuesday. The maximum rainfall was measured at 207 mm in Dingshui Township.
