"China will continue to stay on the path of reform and opening-up as the four-decade reform and opening up have brought great changes to the country. We covered the journey of industrialization in 40 years which took developed countries 300 years to complete. We need to keep forging ahead and go on with our opening-up efforts. At the same time, we should adapt ourselves to the new circumstances and further expand opening-up. China supports necessary reforms of the World Trade Organization (WTO), in order to better build a more open world economy, to safeguard the multilateral trading system, and to guide the healthier development of the global economy."
