South China's Fujian Province is taking various precautionary measures against approaching Typhoon Danas.

Danas, the fifth typhoon of this year, is expected to bring strong winds and downpours to east and south China within two days.

A border police station in Longhai, a county-level city in Zhangzhou City, Fujian, on Tuesday promptly launched the emergency plan, organized reinforcement of patrol efforts along ports and maritime patrol to notify fishing boats and rafts to stay in harbor and to assist local fishermen in taking various typhoon prevention measures.

"Now the wind and waves at the seaside are obviously higher than usual. We timely inform the fishermen on ships of the time and path of the typhoon, and work with the local authorities to persuade the fishermen on board to go ashore, so as to ensure the safety of their lives and property," said Lin Zewen, a police officer from Shenwo border police station.

Meanwhile, the police also visited aquiculture areas to help farmers fasten fish rafts and transfer important supplies to the shore to make all preparations for flood and typhoon control.

"[Police officers] from the border police station came to check [fishing rafts]and helped us transfer stuff early in the morning," said a fisherman.

The agricultural machinery department of Hanjiang District in Putian City has also borrowed harvesters from neighboring provinces ofJiangsu and Zhejiang to help farmers harvest early rice ahead of the typhoon.

La province du Fujian, dans le sud de la Chine, a pris des mesures de prévention pour se préparer à l'arrivée du typhon Danas.

Danas, le cinquième typhon de cette année, devrait amener des vents forts et des averses dans l'est et le sud de la Chine dans les deux prochains jours.

Un poste de police frontalier à Longhai, une ville de la province du Fujian, a rapidement lancé mardi un plan d'urgence, tout en intensifiant les patrouilles le long des ports pour sommer tous les bateaux de pêche et les radeaux à se mettre à l'abri et aider les pêcheurs locaux à se préparer à l'arrivée du typhon.

"Le vent et les vagues sont plus importants que d'habitude. Nous informons en temps opportun les pêcheurs de l'heure et de la trajectoire du typhon, et travaillons avec les autorités locales pour persuader les pêcheurs d'aller à terre, afin d'assurer leur sécurité et celle de leurs biens", a déclaré Lin Zewen, un agent du poste de police frontalier Shenwo.

Dans le même temps, la police s'est également rendue dans les zones d'aquaculture pour aider les pêcheurs à attacher leurs embarcations contenant des poissons et à décharger des objets importants sur le rivage pour se prémunir des inondations et du typhon.

"Des policiers frontaliers sont venus vérifier (les radeaux de pêche) et nous ont aidés à décharger des objets tôt ce matin", a affirmé un pêcheur.

Le département de machines agricoles du district de Hanjiang dans la ville de Putian a fait venir des moissonneuses des provinces voisines du Jiangsu et du Zhejiang pour aider les agriculteurs à récolter du riz avant l'arrivée du typhon.

تتخذ مقاطعة فوجيان بجنوب الصين العديد من التدابير الاحتراسية لاعصار داناس المقترب.

من المتوقع أن يجلب اعصار داناس، وهو الاعصار الخامس من هذا العام، وهى رياح قوية مصاحب مع هطول أمطار إلى شرق وجنوب الصين في غضون يومين.

أطلق مركز شرطة الحدود في لونغهاي، وهي مدينة على مستوى المحافظة في مدينة تشانغتشو بمقاطعة فوجيان، يوم الثلاثاء خطة الطوارئ، وقام بتكثيف جهود الدوريات على طول الموانئ والدوريات البحرية لإخطار قوارب الصيد بالبقاء في الميناء ومساعدة الصيادين المحليين في اتخاذ تدابير مختلفة للوقاية من الإعصار.

وقال لين تسه ون، ضابط الشرطة في محطة شرطة الحدود بقرية شنوه:"من الواضح الآن أن الرياح والأمواج على شاطئ البحر أقوى من المعتاد. نبلغ الصيادين على متن السفن في الوقت المناسب بوقت ومسار الإعصار، ونعمل مع السلطات المحلية لإقناع الصيادين على متنها بالذهاب إلى الشاطئ لضمان سلامة حياتهم وممتلكاتهم."

وفي الوقت نفسه، قامت الشرطة أيضًا بزيارة المناطق الزراعية المائية لمساعدة المزارعين على ربط طوافات الأسماك ونقل الإمدادات المهمة إلى الشاطئ للقيام بجميع الاستعدادات لمكافحة الفيضانات والأعاصير.

وقال صياد الأسماك:"جاء ضباط الشرطة من مركز شرطة الحدود لفحص [قوارب الصيد] وساعدونا في نقل الأشياء منذ الصباح الباكر."

كما استعانت ادارة الآلات الزراعية في مقاطعة هانجيانغ في مدينة بوتيان بالمقاطعات المجاورة من مقاطعتي جيانغسو وتشجيانغ المجاورتين لمساعدة المزارعين في حصاد الأرز المبكر قبل قدوم الإعصار.
