The Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of China's State Council and the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region strongly condemned Tuesday's violence at the Hong Kong International Airport and extended support to the Hong Kong police in detaining involved rioters as swiftly as possible.

On Tuesday night and in the small hours of Wednesday, a large group of protesters unlawfully assembled at the Hong Kong International Airport, and they illegally confined, harassed and assaulted a visitor and a journalist, inflicting physical and mental harm on both.

In a statement posted on the official website of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, spokeswoman Xu Luying noted the attacks were horrendous, saying the Office strongly condemns such misdeed that is almost terrorism, and expressing deep condolences to the injured mainland residents and Hong Kong police officers.

The spokeswoman said the violent rioters have broken through the bottom line of law, of morality as well as humanity. Their severe violent crimes witnessed by the public are shocking and chilling. Their misdeeds are in extreme contempt of the rule of law and have severely tarnished the international image of Hong Kong and the feelings of mainland residents. Such evil violent crimes deserve severe punishment by law, she said.

The Office firmly supports Hong Kong police in bringing the offenders to justices as swiftly as possible, Xu said.

In the incident, police have detained five persons for offenses including unlawful assembly, possession of offensive weapons, assaulting police officers and breaching of peace.

Two police officers were injured and sent to North Lantau Hospital, and investigation by the District Crime Team of Airport District is underway.

Meanwhile, an announcement issued by the Liaison Office of China's central government said the attack on the male journalist is a challenge and insult to global press circle, and treaded on the freedom of press. Such violence neglected laws, infringed on human rights, showed no humanity at all and broke the bottom line of a civilized society. There is no difference between them and terrorists.

The announcement expressed condolences to the victims of the attack and showed great respect to the journalist who still voiced support to Hong Kong police in such danger.

Le Bureau des affaires de Hong Kong et de Macao relevant du Conseil des affaires d'État et le Bureau de liaison du gouvernement central dans la région administrative spéciale (RAS) de Hong Kong ont fermement condamné les actes de violences qui ont eu lieu mardi à l'aéroport international de Hong Kong.

Dans la nuit de mardi à mercredi, des émeutiers radicaux ont ligoté et frappé sauvagement deux citoyens de la partie continentale de Chine. Leurs actes monstrueux ont outrepassé les limites de la loi, de la moralité et de la nature humaine, a déclaré Xu Luying, porte-parole du Bureau des affaires de Hong Kong et de Macao du Conseil des affaires d'État.

Mme Xu a fermement condamné ces actes qu'elle a qualifiés de "semblables à du terrorisme" et s’est engagée à poursuivre les émeutiers devant la justice. Elle a également exprimé sa sincère sympathie envers les habitants de la partie continentale et les policiers de Hong Kong qui ont été blessés.

Ces actes constituent un mépris extrême de l’État de droit. Ils ternissent gravement l’image de Hong Kong sur la scène internationale et ont heurté les sentiments des habitants de la partie continentale. Ces actes constituent un crime grave et doivent être punis sévèrement conformément à la loi, a déclaré la porte-parole.

Le Bureau soutient pleinement la police de Hong Kong dans le cadre de ses opérations visant à traduire au plus vite les émeutiers devant la justice.

Lors de l'incident, la police a arrêté cinq personnes pour rassemblement illégal, possession d'armes offensives et agression d'agents de police. Deux policiers ont été blessés et envoyés à l'hôpital.

Le Bureau de liaison du gouvernement central dans la RAS de Hong Kong a également condamné fermement les actes de violence inhumains portés à l'encontre d'un journaliste du Global Times, qualifiant ceux-ci de "violations flagrantes de la liberté de la presse". Ces actes constituent une infraction de la loi, ils foulent aux pieds les droits de l'homme et outrepassent entièrement les limites d'une société civilisée; ils ne présentent aucune différence avec les actes brutaux de terroristes, a indiqué l’organe dans un communiqué.

Le Bureau de liaison du gouvernement central a exprimé sa sympathie envers les blessés, et a fait part de sa considération distinguée au journaliste du Global Times qui a exprimé ouvertement son soutien à la police de Hong Kong alors qu'il se trouvait dans une situation dangereuse.

أدان مكتب شؤون هونغ كونغ وماكاو التابع لمجلس الدولة الصيني ومكتب الاتصال للحكومة الشعبية المركزية الصينية في منطقة هونغ كونغ الإدارية الخاصة بشدة أعمال العنف التي وقعت يوم الثلاثاء/13 أغسطس الجاري في مطار هونغ كونغ، وقدما الدعم لشرطة هونغ كونغ في إحتجاز المتظاهرين المشاركين في أعمال الشغب بأسرع وقت ممكن.

وفي ليلة الثلاثاء وخلال الساعات الأولى ليوم الأربعاء، احتشدت مجموعة كبيرة من المتظاهرين بشكل غير قانوني في مطار هونغ كونغ الدولي، وقاموا بصورة غير شرعية بتقييد زائر وصحفي ومضايقتهما والإعتداء عليهما، مما ألحق أضرارا بدنية ونفسية بهما.

وفي بيان نشر على الموقع الرسمي لمكتب هونغ كونغ وماكاو التابع لمجلس الدولة، أشارت المتحدثة باسم المكتب شيوى لو يينغ الى أن الهجمات كانت رهيبة، مضيفة أن المكتب يدين بشدة هذه الهجمات التي تكاد تكون إرهابية، ويعرب عن مواساته العميقة لسكان البر الرئيسي وضباط شرطة هونغ كونغ المصابين.

وذكرت المتحدثة أن مثيري الشغب العنيفين قد اخترقوا الحد الأدني للقانون والأخلاق وكذلك الإنسانية. وكانت جرائم العنف الشديدة التي ارتكبوها جهارا نهارا مروعة ومخيفة. وأظهرت أفعالهم الشريرة ازدراء صارخا لسيادة القانون، وشوهت بشدة الصورة الدولية لهونغ كونغ وأدت الى إيذاء مشاعر سكان البر الرئيسي، مضيفة أنه يجب معاقبة مثل هذه الجرائم العنيفة الشريرة بقوة وفقا للقانون.

وأكدت شيوى على أن المكتب يدعم بقوة شرطة هونغ كونغ لتقديم المجرمين الى العدالة في أقرب وقت ممكن.

وفي هذا الحادث، ألقت الشرطة القبض على خمسة أشخاص بتهمة التجمع غير القانوني، وحيازة أسلحة هجومية، والاعتداء على ضباط الشرطة وانتهاك السلام.

وأصيب اثنان من ضباط الشرطة ونقلا إلى مستشفى شمال لانتاو ، ولا يزال التحقيق يجري من قبل فريق مكافحة الجريمة بالمنطقة.

وفي الوقت نفسه، ذكر إعلان صادر عن مكتب الإتصال للحكومة الشعبية المركزية الصينية إن الهجوم على الصحفي هو تحد وإهانة لدائرة الصحافة العالمية، ويدوس بشدة حرية الصحافة. وقد أضرت هذه الأعمال العنيفة، مثل إهمال القوانين وانتهاك حقوق الإنسان وتلاشي الإنسانية، بأساس المجتمع المتحضر، وأنه لا يوجد فرق بينهم وبين الإرهابيين.

وأعرب الإعلان عن مواساته لضحايا الهجوم وأظهر احتراما كبيرا للصحفي الذي ما زال يعبر عن تأييده لشرطة هونغ كونغ في هذا الوضع الخطير.

Канцелярия Госсовета КНР по делам Сянгана и Аомэня и Канцелярия по связям Центрального народного правительства в ОАР Сянган решительно осудили насилие, произошедшее 13 августа в Международном аэропорту Сянгана, и выразили поддержку сянганским полицейским в скорейшем наказании радикалов в соответствии с законом.

Во вторник, 13 августа, вечером большая группа протестующих незаконно собралась в Международном аэропорту Сянгана, парализовав его работу. Они захватили и избили туриста и журналиста из внутренних районов Китая, причинив им физический и психический вред.

В заявлении, опубликованном на официальном сайте Канцелярии Госсовета КНР по делам Сянгана и Аомэня, официальный представитель ведомства Сюй Луин решительно осуждает такой почти террористический акт, и выражает глубокие соболезнования пострадавшим жителям материка и сотрудникам полиции Сянгана.

Сюй Луин отметила, что насильственные протесты преступили черту закона, морали, а также человечности. Открыто совершенные насильственные преступления ужасны, а злодеяния протестующих представляют собой крайнее неуважение к верховенству права. Они серьезно подорвали международный имидж Сянгана и оскорбили чувства жителей внутренних районов страны. Эти насильственные преступления заслуживают сурового наказания в соответствии с законом. Управление твердо поддерживает сянганскую полицию в скорейшем наказании вышеупомянутых бандитов в соответствии с законом, сказала она.

Между тем, в заявлении, опубликованном Канцелярией по связям Центрального народного правительства в ОАР Сянган, говорится, что нападение на журналиста является вызовом и оскорблением для глобального круга прессы и посягает на свободу прессы. Такое насилие пренебрегает законами, нарушает права человека, является бесчеловечным и портит основы цивилизованного общества. Нет никакой разницы между ними и террористами.

La Oficina de Asuntos de Hong Kong y Macao del Consejo de Estado y la Oficina de Enlace del Gobierno Popular Central en la Región Administrativa Especial de Hong Kong (RAEHK) condenaron hoy miércoles enérgicamente la violencia del martes en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Hong Kong, y mostraron su firme apoyo a la policía de Hong Kong para que detenga a los amotinadores involucrados lo antes posible.

Desde la noche del martes hasta el madrugada del miércoles, un gran grupo de manifestantes radicales y violentos se reunieron ilegalmente en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Hong Kong, reteniendo, acosando y agrediendo de manera ilegítima a dos ciudadanos de la parte continental de China: un visitante y un periodista, infligiéndoles daños físicos y mentales.

En una declaración publicada en el sitio web oficial de la Oficina de Asuntos de Hong Kong y Macao del Consejo de Estado, la portavoz Xu Luying calificó dichos ataques como horrendos, diciendo que la Oficina manifiesta su más firme condena a tal fechoría de tipo similar al terrorismo, y expresando sus más profundas condolencias a los residentes de la parte continental de China y los oficiales de policía hongkoneses que resultaron lesionados.

Das Büro für Angelegenheiten von Hongkong und Macau und das Verbindungsbüro der Zentralregierung in der Sonderverwaltungszone Hongkong haben die Gewalttaten vom Dienstag auf dem Hongkonger Internationalen Flughafen aufs Schärfste verurteilt und ihre Unterstützung für die Hongkonger Polizei zum Ausdruck gebracht.

Vom Dienstagabend bis zum frühen Morgen des Mittwochs war es am Hongkonger Flughafen zu gewaltsamen Ausschreitungen gekommen. In einer Erklärung auf der Website des Büros für Angelegenheiten von Hongkong und Macau beim Staatsrat wies die Sprecherin Xu Luying darauf hin, dass die Angriffe entsetzlich seien, und das Büro solche Straftaten, die den terroristischen Taten gleichen, aufs Schärfste verurteile. Sie hat zudem die Anteilnahme für die verletzten Landesleute aus dem chinesischen Festland und die Hongkonger Polizisten bekundet.

Die Sprecherin sagte, die gewalttätigen Randalierer hätten die rote Linie des Gesetzes, der Moral sogar der Menschlichkeit durchbrochen. Ihre schwerwiegenden Straftaten, die von den breiten Massen bezeugt wurden, waren schockierend und haarsträubend. Solches Verhalten war eine extreme Missachtung der Rechtsordnung, die Hongkongs internationales Image ernsthaft schädigte und die Gefühle der Landsleute auf dem Festland schwer verletzte. Diese Verbrechen müssen streng geahndet werden.

Das Büro unterstütze nachdrücklich die Hongkonger Polizei, die Straftäter so schnell wie möglich zur Rechenschaft zu ziehen, sagte Xu.

Bei den Ausschreitungen hat die Polizei fünf Randalierer wegen gesetzwidriger Versammlung, Besitz von Angriffswaffen, Angriff auf Polizeibeamte und Friedensstörung festgenommen.

Inzwischen hat das Verbindungsbüro der Zentralregierung in Hongkong auch eine Erklärung abgegeben, in der die Randalierer an den Pranger gestellt werden. Laut der Erklärung sei der Angriff auf den Journalisten eine Herausforderung und Beleidigung für den globalen Pressekreis und verstoße schwer gegen die Pressefreiheit. Solche Gewalt läuft dem Gesetze und den Menschenrechten zuwider, zeigt nicht die geringste Spur von Menschlichkeit und durchbricht die rote Linie einer zivilisierten Gesellschaft. Sie rührt schon an die Grenzen des Terrorismus, so hieß es in der Erklärung.

Das Verbindungsbüro drückte in der Erklärung auch seine tief empfundene Anteilnahme für den verletzten Touristen aus dem Festland aus und zollte dem Journalisten von der Zeitung Global Times großen Respekt, der trotz der gefährlichen Lage seine feste Unterstützung für die Hongkonger Polizei laut gerufen hatte.
