The participants attending the 19th round of the international meeting on Syria within the framework of the Astana Process have urged a political settlement to bring peace to Syria.

Delegations from the Syrian government and Syrian opposition, states of Russia, Türkiye and Iran, international organizations and neighboring states of Syria attended the talks held in Astana on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The representatives discussed cooperation in fighting terrorism and separatism in Syria, safeguarding the sovereignty and integrity of Syria and social stability in the country, and after the meeting, the participants issued a joint statement on the outcomes of the talks.

All the participants condemned Israel's strikes on civilian facilities in Syria, and agreed that the Syrian issue cannot be solved by force, but is a long-term process of political coordination which should be resolved by Syrian people themselves on the basis of the UN Security Council resolution 2254.

The participants also stressed the importance of the Syrian Constitutional Council, and called for accelerating the coordination of the council's work.

Humanitarian issues in Syria are also included in the major topics of the meeting. All parties at the meeting expressed concern over the current humanitarian situation in Syria, believing that any unilateral sanctions against Syria violate the international law and the UN Charter, and will only incite separatism in Syria and lead to the secession of the country.

The participants also emphasized the need to scale up humanitarian aid to Syria without any political strings attached.

Les participants au 19e cycle de la réunion internationale sur la Syrie dans le cadre du processus d'Astana ont appelé à un règlement politique pour ramener la paix en Syrie.

Les délégations du gouvernement syrien, de l'opposition syrienne, de la Russie, de la Turquie, de l'Iran, d'organisations internationales et des États voisins de la Syrie ont participé aux pourparlers qui se sont tenus à Astana mardi et mercredi.

Les représentants ont discuté de la coopération dans la lutte contre le terrorisme et le séparatisme en Syrie, la sauvegarde de la souveraineté et de l'intégrité de la Syrie et la stabilité sociale dans le pays. Ils ont publié une déclaration commune sur les résultats des pourparlers à l’issue de la réunion.

Tous les participants ont condamné les frappes israéliennes contre des installations civiles en Syrie et ont convenu que la question syrienne ne peut être résolue par la force, mais qu'il s'agit d'un processus de coordination politique à long terme qui doit être résolu par le peuple syrien lui-même sur la base de la résolution 2254 du Conseil de sécurité de l'ONU.

Les participants ont également souligné l'importance du Conseil constitutionnel syrien et appelé à accélérer la coordination du travail du Conseil.

Les participants ont également souligné la nécessité d'intensifier l'aide humanitaire à la Syrie sans aucune condition politique.

عُقدت الجولة الـ19 من محادثات أستانا حول سوريا يومي الثلاثاء والأربعاء /22-23 نوفمبر في عاصمة كازاخستان.

وحضر المحادثات وفود من الحكومة السورية والمعارضة السورية وروسيا وتركيا وإيران، إضافة إلى منظمات دولية ودول مجاورة لسوريا.

وبحث الممثّلون التعاون في مكافحة الإرهاب والانفصالية في سوريا، وحماية سيادة سوريا وسلامة أراضيها واستقرارها الاجتماعي. وبعد الاجتماع، أصدرت الأطراف المعنية بيانًا مشتركًا حول نتائج المحادثات.

وأدان جميع المشاركين الضربات الإسرائيلية على منشآت مدنية في سوريا، واتفقوا على أن القضية السورية لا يمكن حلّها عبر الوسائل العسكرية، بل هي عملية تنسيق سياسي طويلة الأمد يجب أن يحلّها الشعب السوري بنفسه على أساس قرار مجلس الأمن الدولي رقم 2254.

كما أكد المشاركون في المحادثات على أهمية اللجنة الدستورية السورية، داعين إلى تسريع تنسيق عمل اللجنة.

كما كانت القضايا الإنسانية في سوريا من ضمن الموضوعات الرئيسية للاجتماع. وأعربت جميع الأطراف المشاركة عن قلقها إزاء الوضع الإنساني في سوريا، معتبرةً أن أي عقوبات أحادية الجانب ضد سوريا تنتهك القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة، لن تؤدي إلا إلى تنامي النزعة الانفصالية في سوريا وانقسام البلاد.

وأكد المشاركون أيضًا على ضرورة زيادة المساعدات الإنسانية لسوريا دون أي قيود سياسية.
