China's top legislator Li Zhanshu said on Thursday that the National People's Congress (NPC) -- China's national legislature -- stands ready to continue working with the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly and the parliaments of ASEAN countries to make new contribution to building a closer China-ASEAN community with a shared future.

Li, chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, made the statement while addressing the closing ceremony of the 43rd General Assembly of the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly via video link.

Noting that China and ASEAN are good neighbors, good friends and good partners who share a common destiny, Li said the development of China-ASEAN relations have entered a fast lane with acceleration.

At present, the development of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two sides has got off to a good start, with satisfactory outcomes achieved in building a joint homeland of peace, tranquility, prosperity, beauty and amity, he said.

As President Xi Jinping has stressed that the Chinese-style modernization is one that follows the path of peaceful development, Li said, China will remain committed to upholding world peace and promoting common development, adhering to the foreign policy of amity, sincerity, mutual benefit and inclusiveness as well as friendship and partnership with its neighbors, and deepening friendship, mutual trust and convergence of interests with neighboring countries.

He pointed out that China and ASEAN share many common concepts in their respective development processes, such as the people-centered development philosophy, while also acknowledging that the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly has vigorously carried out cooperation in the relevant fields and made important contribution to the integration of ASEAN.

Li stressed that the NPC of China is ready to keep conducting friendly exchanges with the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly and the parliaments of ASEAN countries at all levels and through all channels, and enhance solidarity and cooperation with them, so as to make new contribution to building a closer China-ASEAN community with a shared future.

El máximo legislador de China, Li Zhanshu, expresó el jueves que la Asamblea Popular Nacional (APN), la legislatura nacional del país, está lista para continuar trabajando con la Asamblea Interparlamentaria de la Asociación de Naciones del Sudeste Asiático (ASEAN) y los parlamentos de sus países miembros para hacer una nueva contribución a la construcción de una comunidad de futuro compartido China-ASEAN más cercana.

Li, presidente del Comité Permanente de la APN, hizo estas declaraciones cuando pronunciaba un discurso en la ceremonia de clausura de la 43ª Asamblea General de la Asamblea Interparlamentaria de la ASEAN a través de un enlace de video.

Al señalar que China y la ASEAN son buenas vecinas, amigas y socias que comparten un destino común, Li dijo que el desarrollo de las relaciones entre las dos partes ha entrado en una vía rápida con aceleración.

En la actualidad, el desarrollo de la asociación estratégica integral entre las dos partes ha tenido un buen comienzo, con resultados satisfactorios logrados en la construcción de un hogar conjunto de paz, tranquilidad, prosperidad, belleza y amistad, acotó.

El presidente chino, Xi Jinping, enfatizó que la modernización al estilo chino sigue el camino del desarrollo pacífico, recordó Li, por lo que China seguirá comprometida con la defensa de la paz mundial y la promoción del desarrollo común, adhiriéndose a la política de buena vecindad, sinceridad, beneficio mutuo e inclusión, y profundizando la amistad, la confianza mutua y la convergencia de intereses con los países vecinos.

Anotó que China y la ASEAN comparten muchos conceptos comunes en sus respectivos procesos de desarrollo, como la filosofía centrada en el pueblo, al tiempo que reconoció que la Asamblea Interparlamentaria de la ASEAN ha llevado a cabo una vigorosa cooperación en los campos pertinentes y ha hecho una importante contribución a la integración de la ASEAN.

Li enfatizó que la APN de China está lista para seguir realizando intercambios amistosos con la Asamblea Interparlamentaria de la ASEAN y los parlamentos de sus países miembros en todos los niveles y a través de todos los canales, y mejorar la solidaridad y la cooperación con ellos, a fin de hacer una nueva contribución a la construcción de una comunidad de futuro compartido China-ASEAN más cercana.

　栗戦書全国人民代表大会常務委員長は24日、第43回東南アジア諸国連合（ASEAN）連議院総会の閉幕会議でビデオ演説を行い、「中国全人代は、より緊密な中国・ASEAN運命共同体の構築に貢献していきたい」と表明した。

　栗委員長は、中国とASEANが運命を共にする良き隣人、良き友人、良きパートナーだ。双方の全面的戦略パートナーシップは良好なスタートを切り、協力関係が喜ばしい成果を遂げている」と述べた。

　また、「中国式現代化は平和発展の道を歩む現代化だ」と習主席の言葉を引用し、「中国は引き続き世界平和の維持と共同発展の促進に尽力し、善意をもって隣国に接し、隣国をパートナーとする周辺外交の基本方針を堅持し、周辺諸国との友好・信頼関係と利益の融合を深めていく」と強調した。

　さらに、中国とASEANはともに「人民のための発展」を堅持している。ASEAN連議院総会は同じ理念の下で、関連分野の協力を力強く展開し、「ASEAN一体化」の建設に重要な貢献をしていると肯定したうえで、「中国全人代は、ASEAN連議院総会及びASEAN諸国の議会とともに、多角的な友好往来を通じて団結と協力を増進し、より緊密な中国・ASEAN運命共同体の構築に貢献していきたい」と表明した。
