"No matter how the world political situation or Nepal's domestic political situation changes, Nepal's political stance and its position on strengthening bilateral relations with China will remain to be unchanged and will not be allowed to change. This is the first point. Secondly, Nepal has always pursued an independent foreign policy of no-alliance from the beginning. Nepal resolutely defends its national sovereignty, territorial integrity and national independence. I want to make it clear that Nepal has not changed and will never change, no matter who pressures us to do so. In accordance with the Charter of the United Nations and the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence, Nepal firmly believes that all countries are equal, and that any country must not interfere in the internal affairs of other countries, and all countries should independently decide their own affairs."
