Israel on Tuesday ordered residents of the city of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip to evacuate "urgently" ahead of a new planned onslaught in the area.

"You are in a dangerous combat zone," Avichay Adraee, a spokesman for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), wrote in Arabic on the social media platform X.

He stated that the army has an imminent plan to "act with great force" against militant infrastructures in the area.

"For your safety, evacuate immediately," he urged.

Israeli attacks intensified on Tuesday, with reports of intense strikes in the northern regions, where the IDF had previously pulled back some of its forces, as well as in central and southern areas.

Earlier on Tuesday, four rockets were fired from Gaza toward Sderot, a city in southern Israel, triggering air raid sirens but causing no injuries, according to Israeli rescue services. A garage caught fire due to remnants of an interceptor missile launched at the rockets, according to Israel's state-owned Kan TV news.

The Palestinian death toll in Gaza has risen to 34,183, mostly civilians, according to the enclave's Health Ministry's statement on Tuesday.

أمرت إسرائيل يوم الثلاثاء/ 23 أبريل الجاري بعمليات إخلاء جديدة في منطقة بيت لاهيا بشمال قطاع غزة، تحسبا لهجوم جديد مخطط له في المنطقة.

ووصف أفيخاي أدرعي، المتحدث باسم الجيش الإسرائيلي، على منصة التواصل الاجتماعي بيت لاهيا بأنها "منطقة قتال خطيرة".

وذكر أن الجيش سيعمل بقوة شديدة ضد البنى التحتية الإرهابية والعناصر التخريبية في المنطقة.

وحث على "من أجل سلامتك وأمنكم، يدعوكم جيش الدفاع لإخلاء المنطقة فورًا".

إسرائيل كثفت ضرباتها في أنحاء قطاع غزة يوم الثلاثاء، مع تقارير عن غارات مكثفة في المناطق الشمالية، حيث سحب الجيش الإسرائيلي في السابق بعض قواته، وكذلك في المناطق الوسطى والجنوبية.

وفي وقت سابق من يوم الثلاثاء، تم إطلاق أربعة صواريخ من غزة باتجاه مدينة سديروت في جنوب إسرائيل، مما أدى إلى انطلاق صفارات الإنذار من الغارات الجوية، دون وقوع إصابات، وفقا لخدمة الإنقاذ الإسرائيلية. وذكرت قناة "كان" الإخبارية المملوكة للدولة في إسرائيل أن النيران اشتعلت في مرآب بسبب بقايا صاروخ اعتراضي أطلق على الصواريخ.

Israel ordenó el martes a los residentes de la ciudad de Beit Lahia, en el norte de la Franja de Gaza, evacuar "urgentemente" el área porque tienen planeada una nueva ofensiva.

"Se encuentran en una zona de combate peligrosa", publicó en árabe Avichay Adraee, portavoz del Ejército de Israel, en la plataforma de redes sociales X.

Afirmó que el ejército tiene un plan inminente de "actuar con gran fuerza" contra las infraestructuras de milicianos en la zona.

"Por su seguridad, evacuen inmediatamente", urgió.

Los ataques israelíes se intensificaron el martes, cuando se reportaron ataques intensos en las regiones del norte, donde el ejército israelí había retirado anteriormente a la mayoría de sus fuerzas, así como en áreas del centro y del sur.
