Russia held the second rehearsal for the upcoming Victory Day military parade on Saturday to mark the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War, Russia's term for World War II.
A slew of military vehicles and weapons, including T-34 tanks, S-400 air defense missile systems, Iskander tactical missiles, Yars intercontinental ballistic missiles, and Geran-2 drones were seen at the rehearsal.
"We want to come and see the preparations for the parade today. Of course, the first thing we want to see is the tanks. It's very interesting to see military weapons and equipment right beside us. I feel very excited," said Moscow resident Alexei.
A final rehearsal is scheduled for May 7, before the official parade takes place at 10:00 local time on May 9 at the Red Square.
Russia holds military parades on May 9 every year to commemorate the Soviet Union's victory in the Great Patriotic War against Nazi Germany.
