The China-CELAC Forum is an important platform for mutually beneficial cooperation among China, Latin American, and Caribbean countries, Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian said on Tuesday.

The China-CELAC (Community of Latin American and Caribbean States) Forum opened its 4th ministerial meeting earlier the day in Beijing.

"The China-CELAC Forum is an important platform for mutually beneficial cooperation among China, Latin American and Caribbean countries.
