We have accelerated institutional opening-up, rolling out the 2025 Action Plan for Stabilizing Foreign Investment and expanding the catalog of encouraged industries for foreign investment to deliver more policy dividend to the cutting-edge fields like high-end manufacturing and digital economy. China's development creates opportunities for the world, Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian said at a press briefing in Beijing on Tuesday.
Lin made the remarks when asked to comment on many foreign-invested companies' decisions to maintain or even expand their investments in China.
"More and more foreign-invested companies are increasing their investments in China, demonstrating global confidence in the stability of China's high-quality development and the certainty of its high-standard opening-up. This also showcases the dynamic momentum of China's new quality productive forces and sci-tech innovation ecosystem," said Lin.
