Yemen's Houthis on Friday organized massive rallies in Sanaa and over 400 other locations to show solidarity with Iran and Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, denouncing the recent Israeli strikes on Iran.

Carrying the slogan "Steadfast with Gaza and Iran against Israeli and American crimes," the demonstrators expressed support for Gaza and Tehran amid the escalating regional tensions.

"Our participation in today's march, 'Steadfast with Gaza and Iran against the Zionist-American aggression,' is an expression of support, solidarity, and cooperation with the Islamic Republic of Iran in the face of the brutal and unjust aggression. It is subjected to an aggression that contradicts all laws, charters, and international norms," said Adnan Ghaithan, a protester.

"We are here in Al-Sabeen Square, in the land of faith and wisdom --Yemen-- standing firm and steadfast with Gaza and with Iran against Zionist-American crimes. We support the Iranian strikes and salute the Iranian armed forces for carrying them out. We stand with them and by their side," said Khaled Al-Mutairi, another protester.

Participants raised Palestinian and Iranian flags while chanting slogans condemning Israeli airstrikes on civilian areas and infrastructure in Iran.

They called for international actions to stop what they described as violations and to end U.S. military assistance for Israel.

"This aggression poses a serious threat to international peace and security, as the attacks on the Islamic Republic of Iran endanger maritime routes, global economic projects," said Mohammed Muftah, first deputy prime minister of Houthis, also known as Ansar Allah.

The marches came just hours after a televised speech by Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, leader of the Ansar Allah group.

In his speech, Abdul-Malik al-Houthi declared full solidarity for Iran's actions, noting that Yemen's position will remain aligned with Tehran and Gaza, and against what he called "American and Israeli aggression."

The rallies were the first since the direct military confrontation broke out between Israel and Iran.

On June 13, Israeli airstrikes inside Iran killed several senior military commanders, nuclear scientists, and civilians. Iran retaliated with missile and drone attacks on Israeli targets, causing casualties and significant damage. Israel and Iran are trading air attacks as the conflict enters second week.

نظم الحوثيون في اليمن، يوم الجمعة/ 20 يونيو الجاري، مسيرات حاشدة في صنعاء وأكثر من 400 موقع آخر تضامنا مع إيران والفلسطينيين في قطاع غزة، منددين بالضربات الإسرائيلية الأخيرة على إيران.

ورفع المتظاهرون شعار "ثابتون مع غزة وإيران ضد الإجرام الصهيوأمريكي"، معبرين عن دعمهم لغزة وطهران في ظل تصاعد التوترات الإقليمية.

وقال عدنان غيثان، أحد المتظاهرين: "خروجنا اليوم في مسيرة (ثابتون مع غزّة وإيران ضدّ العدوان الصهيوأمريكي)، إسنادًا وتضامنًا وتعاونًا مع الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية، فيما تتعرض له من عدوان غاشم وباغ يتنافى ويتعارض مع كلّ القوانين والمواثيق والأعراف."

وقال خالد المطيري، متظاهر آخر: "نحن هنا في ميدان السبعين، في يمن الإيمان والحكمة، ثابتون ومستمرون مع غزة ومع إيران ضد الإجرام، ضد الإجرام الصهيوأمريكي، ومع الضربات الإيرانية، ونحيّي القوات المسلحة الإيرانية على ما قامت به من ضربات، ونؤيدهم، ونحن إلى جانبهم."

ورفع المشاركون الأعلام الفلسطينية والإيرانية، مرددين هتافات منددة بالغارات الجوية الإسرائيلية على المناطق المدنية والبنية التحتية في إيران.

وطالبوا بتحرك دولي لوقف ما وصفوه بالانتهاكات وإنهاء المساعدات العسكرية الأمريكية لإسرائيل.

وقال محمد مفتاح، النائب الأول لرئيس الوزراء في حكومة الحوثيين (جماعة أنصار الله): "هذا العدوان يشكّل خطورة على الأمن والسلم الدولي، لأن الاعتداء على الجمهورية الإسلامية في إيران يهدّد طرق الملاحة، ومشاريع الاقتصاد العالمي."

وتأتي المسيرات بعد ساعات من خطاب متلفز ألقاه عبد الملك الحوثي، زعيم جماعة أنصار الله.

وفي كلمته، أعلن عبد الملك الحوثي تضامنه الكامل مع ما تقوم به إيران، مشيرا إلى أن موقف اليمن سيظل منسجما مع طهران وغزة، وضد ما أسماه "العدوان الأمريكي والإسرائيلي".

وكانت هذه المظاهرات هي الأولى منذ اندلاع المواجهة العسكرية المباشرة بين إسرائيل وإيران.

في 13 يونيو، أسفرت غارات جوية إسرائيلية داخل إيران عن مقتل عدد من كبار القادة العسكريين وعلماء نوويين ومدنيين. وردّت إيران بهجمات صاروخية وطائرات مسيرة على أهداف إسرائيلية، مما أسفر عن سقوط ضحايا وأضرار جسيمة. وتتبادل إسرائيل وإيران الهجمات الجوية مع دخول الصراع أسبوعه الثاني.

Decenas de miles de personas se congregaron el viernes por la tarde en la ciudad de Saná y más de 400 localidades de Yemen para solidarizarse con Irán y los palestinos de la Franja de Gaza y rechazar las operaciones militares de Israel.

Bajo el lema "Seguimos firmes con Gaza e Irán contra los crímenes sionistas-estadounidenses", los manifestantes expresaron su apoyo a la población civil de Gaza y Teherán en medio de la creciente violencia regional.

"Nuestra participación en la marcha de hoy, 'Seguimos firmes con Gaza e Irán contra los crímenes sionistas-estadounidenses´, es una expresión de apoyo, solidaridad y cooperación con la República Islámica de Irán ante la brutal e injusta agresión. Está siendo sometida a una agresión que contradice todas las leyes, estatutos y normas internacionales", comentó Adnan Ghaithan, un manifestante.

"Estamos aquí en la Plaza Al-Sabeen, en la tierra de la fe y la sabiduría, Yemen, firmes y seguros junto con Gaza e Irán contra los crímenes sionistas-estadounidenses. Los participantes de la marcha ondearon banderas palestinas e iraníes y corearon consignas condenando los ataques aéreos israelíes contra zonas civiles e infraestructuras en Irán.

Exigieron la acción internacional para detener lo que describieron como violaciones a los derechos y poner fin a la ayuda militar estadounidense a Israel.

"Esta agresión representa una grave amenaza a la paz y la seguridad internacionales, ya que los ataques contra la República Islámica de Irán ponen en peligro las rutas marítimas, los proyectos económicos globales y la Ruta de la Seda", señaló Mohammed Muftah, vice primer ministro de los hutíes, también conocidos como Ansar Alá.

Las marchas tuvieron lugar pocas horas después de un discurso televisado de Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, líder de Ansar Alá.

En su discurso, subrayó su solidaridad absoluta con las acciones de Irán, asegurando que la postura de Yemen se mantendrá alineada con la de Teherán y Gaza, y en contra de lo que denominó "agresión estadounidense y sionista".

Se trata de las primeras marchas desde que estalló el enfrentamiento militar directo entre Israel e Irán.

El 13 de junio, ofensivas aéreas israelíes contra Irán mataron a varios altos mandos militares, científicos nucleares y civiles. Irán respondió con ataques con misiles y drones, causando bajas y daños considerables.
