The Palestinian death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 57,523, with 136,617 injured since the conflict between Hamas and Israel erupted on October 7, 2023, Gaza's health authorities said on Monday.
At least 6,964 Palestinians have been killed and 25,476 others injured since Israel resumed its military operations in the enclave on March 18, following a brief ceasefire.
The latest data showed that in the past 24 hours alone, hospitals across Gaza have received at least 105 bodies and 356 injured patients as Israel continues its military operations in the embattled enclave.
