The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) said in a statement on Wednesday that, due to the intensification of Israel's military operations in Gaza City in the northern Gaza Strip, the organization has temporarily closed its local office and relocated staff to other offices in the southern Gaza Strip to ensure their safety.

The statement said that civilians are being killed, forcibly displaced and made to endure dire conditions. First responders, including the Palestine Red Crescent Society and Civil Defense, have been working relentlessly to provide relief, "but their movement and ability to safely reach the civilian population has been severely constrained."

According to the statement, the ICRC will continue to support civilians in Gaza City through its offices in Deir al-Balah and Rafah whenever circumstances allow, and will return to Gaza City as soon as the situation improves.

The statement called for an immediate ceasefire and urged Israel to ensure that the basic needs of civilians are met. It stressed that medical and rescue personnel and their facilities must be respected and protected, and that humanitarian aid should be allowed to pass rapidly and without obstruction.

Le Comité international de la Croix-Rouge (CICR) a indiqué mercredi dans un communiqué qu'elle ferme temporairement son bureau dans la ville de Gaza et évacue son personnel vers d'autres sites dans le sud de l'enclave, en raison de l'intensification des opérations militaires israéliennes.

Les civils paient un lourd tribut : ils sont tués, contraints à un déplacement forcé et doivent endurer des conditions de vie désastreuses, indique le communiqué. Les premiers intervenants, notamment la Société du Croissant-Rouge palestinien et la Défense civile, œuvrent sans relâche pour leur venir en aide, "mais leurs déplacements et leur capacité à atteindre les civils en toute sécurité se trouvent considérablement entravés".

Le CICR s'engage à continuer de porter assistance aux civils de la ville de Gaza depuis ses bureaux de Deir al-Balah et de Rafah dès que les circonstances le permettront, affirmant qu'il envisage un retour dans la ville dès que la situation s'améliorera.

Le CICR a réitéré son appel à un cessez-le-feu immédiat, tout en exhortant Israël à garantir la satisfaction des besoins fondamentaux des civils, et a insisté sur le fait que le personnel et les infrastructures de secours et médicaux devaient être pleinement respectés et protégés et que l'aide humanitaire devait pouvoir être acheminée rapidement et sans obstruction.

قالت اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر في بيانها الصادر يوم الأربعاء/1 أكتوبر، إنها أغلقت مكتبها المحلي في مدينة غزة بشمال القطاع مؤقتًا، ونقلت موظفيها إلى مكاتب أخرى في جنوب القطاع لضمان سلامتهم، وذلك بسبب تصاعد العمليات العسكرية الإسرائيلية هناك.

وأشار البيان إلى أن المدنيين يُقتلون ويُجبرون على النزوح القسري ويعيشون في ظروف مروعة، مؤكدًا أن فرق الاستجابة الأولى، بما في ذلك جمعية الهلال الأحمر الفلسطيني والدفاع المدني، تعمل بلا كلل لتقديم الإغاثة، لكن "حركتهم وقدرتهم على الوصول بأمان إلى السكان المدنيين قد تم تقييدها بشدة".

ووفقًا للبيان، ستواصل اللجنة الدولية دعم المدنيين في مدينة غزة عبر مكاتبها في دير البلح ورفح كلما سمحت الظروف بذلك، وستعود إلى مدينة غزة بمجرد تحسن الوضع.

ودعا البيان إلى الوقف الفوري لإطلاق النار، وحث إسرائيل على ضمان تلبية الاحتياجات الأساسية للمدنيين. كما شدد على ضرورة احترام وحماية الطواقم الطبية وفرق الإنقاذ ومرافقهم، والسماح بمرور المساعدات الإنسانية بسرعة ودون عوائق.

Международный комитет Красного Креста (МККК) 1 октября сообщил в заявлении, что в связи с обострением военных действий в городе Газа на севере сектора Газа организация временно закрыла свое местное представительство и перевела сотрудников в другие подразделения на юге анклава для обеспечения их безопасности.

В заявлении отмечается, что мирные жители гибнут, подвергаются принудительному перемещению и вынуждены существовать в тяжелейших условиях. Службы экстренного реагирования, включая Палестинское общество Красного Полумесяца и гражданскую оборону, неустанно оказывают помощь, "однако их передвижение и возможность безопасно добираться до гражданского населения серьезно ограничены".

МККК пообещал продолжить оказывать поддержку мирным жителям города Газа через свои представительства в Дейр-эль-Балахе и Рафахе, если позволит ситуация, и возобновить деятельность в городе Газа, как только обстановка улучшится.

В заявлении содержится призыв к немедленному прекращению огня и требование к Израилю обеспечить базовые потребности гражданского населения. Подчеркивается, что медицинский и спасательный персонал, а также соответствующие объекты должны пользоваться уважением и защитой, а гуманитарная помощь должна предоставляться быстро и беспрепятственно.

El Comité Internacional de la Cruz Roja (CICR) anunció el miércoles en un comunicado el cierre temporal de su oficina en la Ciudad de Gaza, debido a la intensificación de las operaciones militares en el norte, para garantizar la seguridad de su personal, que será reubicado a otras oficinas en el sur de la Franja de Gaza.

El CICR señaló que continuará apoyando a los civiles en la Ciudad de Gaza a través de sus oficinas en las ciudades de Deir al-Balah y Rafah, y regresarán a la Ciudad de Gaza tan pronto como la situación mejore, de acuerdo con el comunicado.

En el comunicado, se señala que los civiles están siendo asesinados, desplazados a la fuerza y están soportando terribles condiciones. Los equipos de respuesta inmediata, entre ellos la Sociedad de la Media Luna Roja Palestina y la Defensa Civil han estado trabajando incansablemente para proporcionar ayuda, pero su capacidad para acceder a la población civil de forma segura se ha visto gravemente limitada.

　赤十字国際委員会（ICRC）は10月1日の声明で、イスラエルによるガザ地区北部のガザ市における軍事作戦の激化を受け、職員の安全確保のため、現地事務所を一時閉鎖し、職員をガザ地区南部の他の事務所に移転させたと発表した。

　声明では、民間人が殺害され、強制的に避難させられ、劣悪な環境に耐えさせられていると述べられている。パレスチナ赤新月社や民間防衛隊を含む緊急対応要員は、救援活動に精力的に取り組んでいるものの、「移動手段や安全に民間人のもとへ到達する能力は著しく制限されている」という。

　声明によると、ICRCは状況が許す限り、デリバラーとラファの事務所を通じてガザ市の民間人支援を継続し、状況が改善次第、ガザ市に戻る予定だ。

　声明は即時停戦を求め、イスラエルに対し民間人の基本的ニーズを満たすよう要請した。医療・救助要員とその施設は尊重・保護されねばならず、人道支援物資は迅速かつ妨げられずに通過を許可されるべきだと強調した。

Das Internationale Komitee vom Roten Kreuz (IKRK) hat am Mittwoch in einer Stellungnahme erklärt, dass die Organisation aufgrund der Verschärfung der israelischen Militäroperationen in Gaza-Stadt im nördlichen Gazastreifen ihr lokales Büro vorübergehend geschlossen und die Mitarbeiter aus Sicherheitsgründen in andere Büros im südlichen Gazastreifen verlegt habe.

In der Erklärung heißt es, dass Zivilisten getötet, gewaltsam vertrieben und gezwungen werden, unter schrecklichen Bedingungen zu leben. Ersthelfer, darunter die Palästinensische Rothalbmondgesellschaft und der Zivilschutz, arbeiteten unermüdlich daran, Hilfe zu leisten, „aber ihre Bewegungsfreiheit und ihre Möglichkeiten, die Zivilbevölkerung sicher zu erreichen, sind stark eingeschränkt“.

Der Erklärung zufolge wird das IKRK die Zivilbevölkerung in Gaza-Stadt weiterhin über seine Büros in Deir al-Balah und Rafah unterstützen, wann immer es die Umstände erlauben, und nach Gaza-Stadt zurückkehren, sobald sich die Lage verbessert.

In der Mitteilung forderte das IKRK zudem einen sofortigen Waffenstillstand und drängte Israel, dafür zu sorgen, dass die Grundbedürfnisse der Zivilbevölkerung gedeckt werden. Die Organisation betonte, dass medizinisches Personal, Rettungskräfte und deren Einrichtungen geachtet und geschützt werden müssen und humanitäre Hilfe schnell und ungehindert eingelasssen werden soll.
