A source close to Hamas said on Wednesday the group may conditionally accept the 20-point Gaza ceasefire plan proposed by U.S. President Donald Trump, provided certain "substantial amendments" are made.

The conditions include clarifying some clauses, setting a clear timetable for Israeli troop withdrawal, and ensuring guarantees related to Hamas, said the source.

The source said Hamas demands clarity on a complete cessation of hostilities, with international guarantees to prevent renewed attacks, as well as a clear timetable for Israeli withdrawal from Gaza, stressing that disarming the resistance is considered an "existential issue" for the movement.

The source also noted that Gaza's reconstruction should be managed by a Palestinian body rather than an international council.

Une source proche du Hamas a fait savoir mercredi que le mouvement souhaitait modifier certaines clauses du plan de cessez-le-feu proposé par le président américain Donald Trump.

Les modifications concernent notamment un calendrier clair pour un retrait israélien et des garanties de sécurité pour le mouvement, selon la source.

La source a précisé les exigences du Hamas : une cessation complète et claire des hostilités, garantie par la communauté internationale pour prévenir toute reprise des combats, ainsi qu'un calendrier défini pour le retrait israélien de Gaza. Elle a souligné que toute exigence sur le désarmement constituait une "question existentielle" pour le mouvement.

Enfin, la source a ajouté que la reconstruction de Gaza devait être placée sous la supervision d'une autorité palestinienne, et non confiée à un conseil international.

　ハマスに近い情報筋は1日、トランプ米大統領が提案したガザ地区での停戦や人質解放を含む20項目の和平案について、ハマス側が条件付きで受諾する可能性があるとの見方を示した。

　情報筋によると、その条件としては、いくつかの条項の明確化、イスラエル軍撤退の明確なスケジュール設定、ハマスに関する保証の確保などが挙げられているという。

　特に、敵対行為の完全な停止と、再攻撃を防ぐための国際的な保証が明確化されること、さらにイスラエル軍のガザ地区からの撤退時期が明記される必要性を強調した。「抵抗勢力の武装解除」については、ハマスにとって「存立に関わる問題」だとの認識を示した。

　また、ガザ地区の復興事業は「国際機関」ではなく、パレスチナ人主体で運営されるべきだとの立場も改めて表明した。

　トランプ氏が提案した20項目の計画は、主にハマスが拘束している生存者・死亡者を含む拘束者全員の即時解放と、ガザ地区におけるハマスの武装解除を盛り込んでいる。また、同地区を元英国首相で中東特使のトニー・ブレア氏が率いる暫定国際機関が統治するよう求めている。トランプ大統領はハマスに対し、本案を受諾するかどうか3～4日以内の回答を求めている。
