Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng emphasized on Tuesday that China and the United States should continuously lengthen the list of cooperation and shorten the list of problems between the two sides.

He, also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, made the remarks during a meeting in Beijing with Craig Allen, Senior Counselor at the Cohen Group, a global business consultancy.

Since the beginning of this year, the heads of state of China and the United States have held several phone conversations and had a successful meeting in Busan, Republic of Korea, reaching important common understandings, He said.

He emphasized that both sides should maintain the momentum of cooperation under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state.

As China is about to embark on its 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030), the country will keep expanding high-standard opening up. He welcomed more U.S. enterprises to invest and operate in China, to promote the stable, sound and sustainable development of China-U.S. economic and trade relations.

For his part, Allen conveyed his willingness to serve as a bridge for further enhancing U.S.-China economic and trade cooperation.

وقال خه إنه منذ بداية هذا العام، أجرى رئيسا الصين والولايات المتحدة العديد من المحادثات الهاتفية واجتمعا بنجاح في بوسان، بجمهورية كوريا، وتوصلا إلى تفاهمات مشتركة مهمة.

وأكد ضرورة الحفاظ على زخم التعاون بين الجانبين في ظل التوجيه الاستراتيجي من رئيسي الدولتين.

وقال إنه في حين تستعد الصين للشروع في خطتها الخمسية الـ15 (2026-2030)، ستواصل البلاد توسيع نطاق الانفتاح عالي المستوى. ورحب بالمزيد من الشركات الأمريكية للاستثمار والعمل في الصين وتعزيز التنمية المستقرة والسليمة والمستدامة للعلاقات الاقتصادية والتجارية بين البلدين.

من جانبه، أعرب ألين عن استعداده للعمل كجسر لزيادة تعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي والتجاري بين الولايات المتحدة والصين.

Le vice-Premier ministre chinois He Lifeng a souligné mardi que la Chine et les États-Unis devraient continuellement allonger la liste des domaines de coopération et raccourcir celle des problèmes entre les deux parties.

He Lifeng, également membre du Bureau politique du Comité central du Parti communiste chinois, a fait ces remarques lors d'un entretien à Beijing avec Craig Allen, conseiller principal du Cohen Group, un cabinet de conseil en affaires international.

Depuis le début de l'année, les chefs d'État chinois et américain ont eu plusieurs conversations téléphoniques et une rencontre fructueuse à Busan, en République de Corée, qui leur a permis de parvenir à d'importants consensus, a-t-il déclaré.

Il a souligné que les deux parties devaient maintenir la dynamique de coopération sous l'égide stratégique des deux chefs d'État.

Affirmant que la Chine s'apprête à lancer son 15e plan quinquennal (2026-2030) et poursuivra son ouverture de haut niveau, He Lifeng a invité davantage d'entreprises américaines à investir et à opérer en Chine afin de promouvoir le développement stable, sain et durable des relations économiques et commerciales sino-américaines.

Pour sa part, Allen a fait part de sa volonté de servir de pont pour renforcer davantage la coopération économique et commerciale entre les États-Unis et la Chine.

Der stellvertretende chinesische Ministerpräsident He Lifeng betonte am Dienstag, dass China und die USA die Kooperationsliste kontinuierlich erweitern und die Liste der Probleme zwischen beiden Seiten abbauen würden.

He, zugleich Mitglied des Politbüros des Zentralkomitees der KPCh, machte die Äußerung bei der Sitzung in Beijing mit Craig Allen, Seniorberater bei der Cohen Group, einer globalen Unternehmensberatung.

Seit Anfang dieses Jahres haben die Staatschefs Chinas und der Vereinigten Staaten mehrere Telefongespräche geführt und eine erfolgreiche Sitzung in der südkoreanischen Stadt Busan abgehalten, bei der wichtige gemeinsame Übereinkünfte erzielt wurden, sagte He.

He betonte, dass beide Seiten die Dynamik der Kooperation unter der strategischen Leitung der Staatschefs beider Länder aufrechterhalten sollten.

Im Rahmen von Chinas 15. Fünfjahresplan (2026-2030) wird das Land die Öffnung auf hohem Niveau weiter vorantreiben. He sagte, China begrüße es, wenn mehr US-Unternehmen in China investieren und auf dem chinesischen Markt tätig sind, sodass eine nachhaltige, sichere und stabile Entwicklung der chinesisch-amerikanischen Wirtschafts- und Handelsbeziehungen gefördert werde.

Allen seinerseits bekundete seine Bereitschaft, als Vermittler für eine weitere Stärkung der wirtschaftlichen und handelspolitischen Zusammenarbeit zwischen den USA und China zu fungieren.
